The wind blew my crimson hair in my face, making it a little hard to see. It was sunny and for the first time I went outside and explored. As I walked along the beach, I saw something in the distance. I thought it was just one of my siblings shattered on the shore so I walked closer, but as I walked closer the figure became shorter and a bit more curvy than my siblings. Something told me this individual is different than my family. Once I got close enough, my eyes widened in shock. They were so...beautiful. Their chest rising up and down steadily from their breaths, their h/c locks in their face, and their skin was like porcelain. I was reluctant to touch them since my poison could kill them. All of a sudden, they started to move. I tried to find a hiding space but much to my dismay there was nothing in sight. I stood there, frozen like ice and shocked like lightning struck me. Their eyes opened and I looked right into them. They had shimmering e/c eyes that I got lost in.

"Excuse me,'' the person asked. I didn't speak, I was still shocked by who I was seeing. "Excuse me," the person asked again.

"Who are you? What is your name?" I tried to ask sternly.

"My name is y/n. What's yours?" The person asked.

"S-Shinsa," I replied softly.

"That's a beautiful name." The human told me. I blushed at their words, which they giggled in response.

"Anyway, where am I?" The human asked. I didn't know how to answer since this person was the only one on the island. "Um," I pondered for a moment before I continued "Let me show you." I walked ahead and signaled the human to follow me. I showed them the ocean, which their eyes glistened in awe. It was so beautiful in their eyes, but to me it was another way to escape the burden of my life. The ocean made me feel like I was actually worth something than being on this island where everyone disowned me because I'm dangerous.

"Shinsha," The human spoke. "Hm?" I looked on my nose and saw a yellow butterfly. It's wings flapped in a steady rhythm and to my surprise it didn't leave.

"Don't move!" The human exclaimed to me. I followed their directions and then they pulled out the blue box looking thing. They pointed it to me and it went 'Snap!' "Teehee! Look I got a picture of you!" The human showed me this "picture" and to me, I looked horrible.

"I look gross," I say with a scowl on my face.

"Hey don't say that! You look beautiful!" The human countered back. I felt my cheeks flush crimson once more. This human was being so honest it felt sincere. "Aww! You're so cute when you blush!" The human continues.

"T-Thanks I guess. Do you want to see more of the island?" I asked.

"No. Actually, I want to see where you live!" The human said with glistening eyes.

"Um ok," I say. I took their hand and guided them down the hill until we got to the cave.

"Wow, it's pretty in here! Where's your bed?"

"I don't sleep on a bed. Well at least anymore in that matter." I reply.

"So you sleep on the floor?" The human asked, I nodded my head in response. "That's different but cool." The human continues.

"Cool? What do you mean by that?" I ask.

"Do you not know what cool means?" The human asks me with their head tilting right and their eyes looking lost.

"I'm afraid I do not." I reply.

"Um, cool means something looks interesting or different. It could also mean you've just seen something extraordinary." The human told me.

"Hmph, sounds like you are explaining something that is interesting to you."

"That's exactly what it is!" The human told me. The human yawned and I was shook.

"Hey! You can't be tired yet! You just woke up!" I yell at them. They didn't listen and before I knew it they were lying on my chest. I blushed immensely and didn't move. What was I supposed to do? I couldn't move them or they'll wake up. I decided to skip night duty and let the human sleep, it's not like the Lunarinans would come at night anyway. They looked so at peace while they were asleep. I felt my eyes get heavy too after a while and I found my self with my head on the humans head fast asleep.
