It was like any other normal day when benton and yates had time off from work. They would go and have walks together, have a little picnic, and chat for hours on end or sometimes they would go into town and browse through the area.

Yates however wasn't really to keen about benton walking on his own. He didn't like how the women or girls would try and to flirt with benton. 'HIS' benton! "Mike, for the last time im an adult i can find my way around" said benton rolling his eyes "i know that but i like to stick with you" he grumbled lowly "mike please" pleaded benton using his brown puppy eyes, "~damn it why does he always have to do that when he wants something~" yates sighed in defeat "alright" benton snuck a little kiss on yates' cheek before walking off into the crowd then disappearing without a trace.

Yates decided to just only walk around and not to look at any of the stores only just to ignore them. Yates walked and walked til he finally found benton and with....girls...flirting with him. Benton seemed to be a little uncomfortable but was still smiling as normal. Yates still wasn't happy about it as he stormed in to claim his boyfriend and take him home.

"Oh mike hello" benton cheerfully said as he noticed his jealous boyfriend yates "John you know how much i hate it when you go off on your own and have girls around you flirting" he hissed one of the girls only laughed at his jealously "looks like someone needs to take a chill pill" she laughed, yates was only even more fustrated than before. Yates, without causing a scene left hearing the girls laughing at him in humiliation.

*~hours later~*

Yates was sitting at a bench upset and being very quietly undisturbed. "There you are! I've been looking for you everywhere!" called benton, yates didn't want to reply back since he was upset and jealous. Benton sat next to his upset lover "mike c'mon you can't be that mad can you? They were just some girls that were talking to me and so what's the big deal? Please say something" he try nudging yates but only to receive a huff from him. Benton finally had the realization come to his head and started to laugh "Michael yates! I can't believe you're that jealous of them" he laughed yates teased up "j-jealous?!" me! Never!" "uh huh sure" "I'm not jealous,John" yates growled "mike I've know you for 3 years, i can tell if you're jealous or not" benton chuckled as yates rolled his yates as he blushed lightly "just say it you big baby" yates shook his head "im not gonna" "baby" benton teased "stop it john" "i won't if you just admit it baby" he smirked yates sighed "fine, yes im jealous i don't like it when i see others flirt with you and then i get upset" benton snorted at yates' reason "its true!" "i believe you but i can't help that my dear old boyfriend who is a brave army soldier who can become jealous" benton kissed yates' nose "you're such a baby" he smiled "shut up you dork" yates finally smiled kissing benton back "c'mon lets go home darling" he winked as they started walking back towards home

"So you're not jealous anymore,mike?" benton asked smirking "nah not really but just don't go anywhere without me next time" yates pleaded "alright dearest, you know you're still over protective" "i just care and worry about you, john" benton giggled "only when you're jealous you big baby" "GOD DAMN IT JOHN BENTON!" they men only chased and laughed from there on then as they walked home together.
