She left her bestfriend.

She had warned him before that this would be inevitable. He didn't listen.

Among the jostling crowd, Eula fights her way through the throng of thirsty girls throwing themselves at them. They might be desperate but they're feisty- she had to give them that. Unlike some, this would be including her bestfriend, who are to weak to fight against the tide.

"Eula!"

"Just buy me some donuts and coffee. I'll find you in 15 minutes!" She yelled back, Matthew's brown wavy hair already lost in her sight.

"Eulalia Garcia de Flores! Not this again!"

Her bestfriend's indignant voice swallowed up in the tide of angry hysterical fangirls. And fanboys. And fangays. Wow their demographic is diverse. Eula noticed. She was too busy elbowing faces with them to even save her friend's demise. One girl squawked like a dying chicken as Eula's elbow came in contact with her neck. This advances her atleast five feet from the band. Bingo.

It was definitely tighter and the oxygen has left them in the front lines. Eula willed herself not to think too much of the strong B.O and the combination of their cold sweats from the concert. As she gets closer, the fans have become more feral. It's like getting deep into the jungle and finding yourself surrounded from lions and tigers after playing with the rabbits and deers.

The crowd has moved more closely to the vans. This is Eula's only chance to get their attention. Luckily, and a bit nauseating, the perspiration makes it more easy to squeeze through the crowd. She must have imagained it but the glimmer of the same striking blue eyes bounce its light on her against the flashes of the camera. She heaves her body and push herself so that she's face to face with the guard's chest.

"You guys are awesome! That concert was spectacular!"

Ever since childhood, Eula has a distinct loud voice and it carried through the air to them. She catches the pianist green eyes, Damien she believed his name was, and he gives her a quick smile. This was her opening. With more confidence, she moves closer to them. Specifically to the owner of the lifeless blue eyes.

"I'm part of the school paper and just for a quick feature can you answer some questions." Eula flashes her most charming smile she used countless times. It has never failed her.

The drummer, Wren, whipped his head to her direction and nodded in approval.

The girls continue to jostle her. This causes her to fall, she was hoping in the arms of Mr. Dead blue eyes, but the guard's watch clinked with her collarbone. He send daggers at her and pushed her to the crowd but Eula held on tight instead. They were nearing the van.

Eula tries to catch the lead vocal's eyes but he was dead on staring right ahead. Eula's phone got lost in the concert earlier so she takes out a small notebook and pen she always carry around with her and almost push it to his face as she asked in an almost shouting manner.

"You have become such an inspiring figure to those students who want to take the same course as yours, what would be you advice for them to be successful in this field?"

It was so sudden. How those electric blue eyes zeroed in on her in a second. This close up, it seemed more dead than ever.

"Just write whatever it is that they would eat up. Making things up are you people good at anyway."

And then he opened the door of the van and one by one, the five members of the band get in leaving a stupefied Eula with the crowd of screaming fans.

Wow.

Out of all of the band members, she has to be assigned to the egotistical jerk. Why couldn't it have been one of the charming guys.

No. She will not think this way.

He will not get that away from her easily.

Because once Eulalia Garcia de Flores set her mind on something, she will do everything she can to get it.
