'Morning princess.' Jeff says when I exit my room. I'm so tired, I couldn't get back to sleep after the call last night. My heads pounding, and I walk straight downstairs to the coffee and breakfast.

Whilst I'm eating, someone limps into view and I realize it's Jack. He has multiple injuries, bruises on his neck, arms, a swollen face and I think he sprained his ankle. His eyes are red, and I think I see some stitching on his ear. He looks like a mess. "What happened?" I ask sympathetically.

"Well Jeff chased me, I fell and twisted my ankle. He held down my arms with his legs while punching me in the face." He looks a little angrier. "Then he began to strangle me to death like I was common prey."

"Why?" I ask. Jack just looks away, obviously not in the mood to talk. I look over to Jeff, asking him the same thing.

"Uh," Jeff's seems to be having a hard time coming up with an explanation.

"I'll tell you why, that cunt tried to kill me because he thin-"

"You shut your dirty whorish mouth before I cut your cheeks off and feed them to you." Jeff growls, enough to make Jack be quiet and shrug off what he was saying. Slenderman enters now, watching over to make sure that Jeff doesn't do anything else. Jeff continues muttering things under his breath, too quiet for me to hear.

"You have training today with Masky." Slendy says. Who's Masky? He sees the confusion and says "He is good friends with Jack. You will hopefully get along, you're around the same age. He has a mask on, hence his name. Him and Jack had the sense to wear mask so they don't get recognized in public."

"Like we go out anyway." Jack says, sitting next to me. "You killing tonight?"

"Maybe, I don't know." The police are out looking for me and my adoption parents would go crazy if I did it willingly. But the idea of killing seems to call to me. I eventually nod my head. "Who is coming?"

"Slendy, Jeffery, Sally and Ben. I can't because," He references to his multiple injuries "And you now." Good that Jeff is coming, that means I can give him one or two kills. Jack slides into the seat next to me and whispers "Do you have a thing for Jeff?"

"No! I would never date That!" I giggle out, signalling to his face, so he pulls a provocative pose.

"You mean this," He pulls another pose. "Isn't sexy?" I can't help but laugh. I would never date him, right? No. I need to get that thought out of my head.

The day goes by fast. Sally and I play with her dolls again, I ask her about her parents. She just smiles and ignores it. When I leave for training at 6pm she wails and tries to make me stay, so I ask her to come watch.

Training is in the basement, where there is a huge white fabric walled room like the rest of the bunker is without the projection. They project hard light, which I don't understand and an upstairs-downstairs problem, which I don't understand until slendy tells me.

"Jeff was in the middle of training, but somehow Ben, hoodie, Jack and Masky managed to spill oil down some stairs. Jeff slipped and fell down 162 steps." He looks back at the control panel. "He broke 5 bones and fractured his spine. He is lucky to be alive. The problem what that we continued projecting upwards, instead of just having the stairs a few meters from the floor and faking that its moving."

I then hear "You will be glad to know I still haven't fully recovered." I turn expecting Jeff, but it's actually a boy in a white mask with black around the lips and eyes. "From the beating he gave me, I mean." Damn, Jeff has quite the reputation for beating his family.

We both exit the control room, into the corridor and then enter the sim. room. We make small talk on the way there, but both focus when we enter. Masky has a black blade, seeming to be made out of some kind of glass. I pull out Johns stainless steel blade, ready for whatever Slendy throws at us.

We are in a wood. Right before us is a tree with a small note on it. I read it out loud, "The weak will fall, The strong will get stronger." I read it again in my head, then look at masky to see if he understands it.

He is frozen in fear, looking at a random gap in the trees. I stand besides him and look too, seeing Slenderman standing there. I go to wave, but masky stops me by grabbing both of my hands tightly. They almost go numb when he talks.

"Dan, we're in the game." He doesn't move his head at all, eyes fixed on Slendy. 'We're in the slenderman game. That's not the real him. Holograms take the attitude of whom ever they are. That is regular slenderman, you know, the slenderman who kills people, and we are those people. Shit, shit shit!"

I grab his arm and drag him through the woods, but as soon as he regains his balance it is obvious he is faster than me and has more stamina. I'm the one having trouble keeping up.

"C'mon, run faster!" He shouts. "This version of him isn't taught to teleport, he uses a almost 'weeping angel' technique. We need to either look at him or run from him, and we cant fucking find him!" Masky screams, trying to make his voice louder than the noise of breaking shrubs, cracking twigs and frightened animals. I'm focused on continuing to run, barely hearing his words over the blood pumping in my ears.
