Chapter 4 - 2 years later

Ashlie's POV

* 2 years later *

Its been 2 years since X Factor, me and the boys didn't end up winning, but we did come third, which was great, Simon kept his word and we are now one of the biggest bands. Harry came up with the name for us we are called One Direction, we all liked it so that is what we are called.

We still get on very well, I've become very protective of the boys, mainly when it comes to girlfriends, both Louis and Zayn have gotten a girlfriend. Their names are Perrie and Eleanor, Perrie is with Zayn, Louis is with Eleanor.

They seem really nice girls, i get on mostly with Eleanor, but i call her El, and I've spoken with both of them, either of them hurt the boys the last time they see me they will be leaving with either a black eye or broken nose, to which they both told me that they would never hurt them, but i of course being 'mummy' direction had to warn them of what could happen.

Recently, Louis has found out that i like Liam, he has been trying to get me to tell him but i can never find the right time, i would like a small room were its just him and me. At the moment we are all back stage in our dressing room, our stylist Lou is doing Zayn's hair, I'm surprised he let her touch his hair he never lets anyone do his hair, well apart from me ha ha.

" Okay your all done, of you go now your fans are waiting" Lou says has she all but pushes us out of the door

" Alright, alright we're going, no need to push us out of the door" Louis shouts, its his way of talking, shouting everything

" Well i don't want you to be late and letting your fans down do i, now out you go the others have already gone you and Ashlie are gonna be late" she says

" Come Ash lets go" he takes my hand as we close the door but he stops just before we reach the other boys, i look at him,

" Have you spoken to Liam about how you feel Ash" he ask's

" No, not yet i haven't found the right time" i tell him the truth

" Well why don't you tell him after the show, ill keep the boys with me for about 10 minutes, you and Liam can have a chat in the dressing room okay"

"But ..."

" No buts, you need to tell him, he has the right to know that you like him, so later you will be talking to him okay"

' Fine" i huff

" Very good, okay let go we have some songs to sing yay " he runs off

I join Louis and the other boys, i get given a mic, then we all have a group hug, something we always do before we go out on stage, then we start to walk on, before i do i grab Liam's arm and pull him back

" Liam, can i talk to you about something after we have finished here but before we leave to go home" i ask him

' Of course, i have something i need to tell you anyway so we can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, okay come on the others are hugging the spot light" he laughs and grabs my arm and pulls me on to the stage to join the others.

* After the show *

As we all run of the stage we hand our mics to some guy who is waiting with his hand sticking out, we are all talking to each other, when i notice that Liam isn't with us, i walk up Louis.

" Hey Louis have you seen Liam, i cant seem to find him" i say while looking around still

' No i haven't, go look in the dressing room, ill keep the boys here for awhile, good luck then come back and till me everything" he says with a smile

" Okay thanks Lou, be back soon"

I walk off down the hall turning the corner, i see that our dressing room door is closed so i go and open it, when i walk in, i think i hear my heart break by what i see.

I quickly close the door and run off, i have tears streaming down my face, i find my self in mine and Louis secret room, we always come here just before a show we like to look at the view it calms us down. That is where i just fall to the floor and cry and cry.

I feel like i have been crying for hours, till i feel arms wrap around me looking up i see Louis.

" Ash, what wrong? why are you crying"

" You were right Lou i should of told Liam how i felt sooner" i say still crying

" why, what happen, did you talk to Liam ? "

' I didn't have to, i walked to our dressing room, when i opened the door i saw him kissing one of the dancers"

" Oh Ash I'm sorry, come on, we'll go home, eat ice cream and watch lots of movies" he picks me up bride style

" But i don't wanna see Liam yet he will only ask what i wanted to talk to him about" i sniff

" Okay then pretend to be asleep, ill tell them i found you like that"

" Okay "

I close my eyes pretending to be sleeping, i feel every step that Louis is taking, i start to hear voices,

" Ah there she is, boys Louis has her" Harry calls

" Boys shhh, she's asleep" Louis tells them

" Were was she" Zayn asks

" In one of the rooms up there she was sleeping so i just picked her up, the singing must have made her tired, lets take her home"

" Okay lets go" Liam tells the boys

I think all the crying really did make me tired because the next thing i know, i being put on on something soft, my bed, i open my eyes, to see Louis

" Lou can you stay with me please" closing my eyes again

" Of course love" he climbs in the other side and pulls me on to his chest, soon I'm fast asleep.
