Jessica's POV
It's 10 am and I'm contemplating whether this was a good idea. Kiara called and told me she's waiting outside. I quickly grab my coat and open my window facing the huge tree outside. I slowly step out and climb down the tree very quietly and hopped into Kiara's old beat up mustang.
We make our way to the mall and decide to check out some of the stores. As we enter a boutique called Gorgeous, its one of my personal favorites because I remember my Dad buying me my first charm bracelet which is the only thing I have that reminds me of him.
Kiara quickly starts going through the racks of clothing while I just stare into space. She hands me dozens of clothes to try on which by the way barely covers anything, having spent nearly 2 hours trying out clothes, I glance at this pretty knee length dress in the colour of baby blue and hugs my figure quite nicely. Kiara pays the salesperson and we make our way to her place to get ready.
Having spent nearly half the day at the mall I'm forced to sit down while Kiara experiments with my face and hair. I've never been a fan of make up but she insists I would look gorgeous.
After 2 hours of tugging and pulling she finally says she's done and for me to quickly get dressed.
I put the dress on and take a look in the mirror and just stand in awe at my reflection I gotta say I kinda look pretty. Kiara steps out in her black curve hugging dress and black stilettos, she actually looks like a goddess well that ain't new cause boys actually throw themselves at her but she's always had eyes on Luke Kingsley a.k.a Arthur's best friend and of course another one of the well known play boys.
Arthur's POV(earlier that day)
Ugh!! Another party, don't get me wrong I maybe the most well known bad boys out there but I don't enjoy the parties quite as much cause I'll have to see Vanessa again and have to put up with her clingy and squeaky voice all night.
Oh and did I mention I'm a werewolf, an alpha's son at that.
My pack the Blue Moon Pack is one of the most powerful packs in the world and I gotta say the most feared packs. I get to become the alpha on my 19th birthday which is a few days away and my wolf Zander is so excited because we get to find our mate. In my opinion I really don't need a mate or luna just yet, too much responsibility and hassle to take care of and think about.
You're being such a dick right now!! You know we need a mate right??!!', Zander says.
No we don't, we're fine just the way we are.
Yeah, sleeping around and just being a total douche!!
Yep!! This is the life, with no worries and responsibilities.
Yeah whatever Dickhead!!', Zander snaps
I quickly make my way downstairs to the backyard and check on the preparations for the pool party. The guys quickly set up the barbecue set and bring in the drinks and snacks for tonight.
A night full of fun and no worries.
