                  Two weeks later
Jessica's POV
For the past few days I've been feeling nauseous and have been throwing up most of my dinner the mornings after.

I'm beginning to think it has something to do with that night.

Having spent hours in the bathroom with my head above the toilet had become a normal routine.

Kiara also has stated that I've put on weight. But I quickly dismiss the thought and blame it on her lasagna.

We have finally settled down into our two bedroom apartment in New York. I gotta say when Kiara said it was gonna be a small space, she definitely lied. It had huge windows facing the city below and 2 master bedrooms, a living space, walk in closets and a jacuzzi for our own leisure.

Kiara's dad is a well known business man with over 40 of his business branches everywhere around the world.

Even though Kiara grew up with wealth, she rather live a normal life and of course that includes partying till the sun rises. But I appreciate her so much.

Lets just say she's the most mentally mature one out of the both of us if you know what I mean.

Momentarily my thoughts drift off to my home town and the memories I've left behind, the people I've grown up with and my Mum whom I still love even though she's done the unspeakable but she's still the one who gave me life.

My eyes start to water at the thought of Arthur and the words he had spoken to me. If one thing I'm certain of it's that I hate him, he had taken something precious from me and had used me. Never again I would fall for the tricks of a play boy especially Arthur James.

                     1 week later
Jessica's POV
I'm beginning to think that I've got some disease of some sort, I can't seem to keep any of my food down, my nose and senses have become more sensitive and I've been so tired for the past few days.

'Hey girl!! I think we better take you to the doctors, you look like shit and I'm beginning to get worried,' Kiara says concerned.

Yeah I guess I should huh!

We slowly make our way to a local clinic, as I step in, the smell of detergent, chemicals, coffee and bad hospital food makes me wanna throw up again but I force myself to not to.

Jessica Prides the doctor will see you now in Room 4!!

I slowly walk into the consultation room and told to have a sit.

'Hello Jessica, I'm Dr. Walsh.
I'll be taking care of you today. So tell me what seems to be the problem'?!

As I'm telling her of all my recent events, she jots down notes and listens carefully.

'I see!! Just a question if I may, when was the last time you had your period??'

As I think about it I've missed and I've never had it since.

'Hmm!! I see..well we are gonna run some tests and if its possible we would like to take a blood sample and a urine test, If that's ok with you!!'

I agree and head to the washroom. After that I handed the sample to the Doctor and was told to wait for a while.

Every minute made me more anxious and worried but Kiara was there to give me a pep talk and calm me down.

The doctor came back after 2 hours. She finally spoke and said

'Well your tests results came back, you don't have any sort of flu or disease but we also have some good news...you are actually experiencing symptoms of pregnancy and it seems that you are 4 weeks pregnant..Congratulations!!'

With that statement my world had changed and I think my heart felt like it had skipped a few beats.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I'm pregnant!!!!

Haha..finally she found out she was pregnant..
What will she do next??
Will she tell Arthur or No??!!
