Ling watched Edward leave and looked back at Roy, "I have absolutely no idea what that was about haha..." The atmosphere was awkward, Roy looked very confused. "Is he okay?" Mustang asked. "Yeah, he's fine, just confused is all. Hey Mustang, do you have a girlfriend?" Roy looked away, a bit embarrassed by the answer, "No...? Why do you want to know?" Ling thought he might as well do Edward a favor. "Nevermind why, do you have a crush?" Roy's eyes widened, "a crush?" His mind instantly went to Edward, his heart skipped a beat. "N-no, I don't...I don't think so. Why?" Ling smirked, he could see a slight blush on Roy's cheeks, his face somewhat uncertain.
"Are you gay?"
Roy froze, "...am I gay? No, I'm not gay! I just haven't been interested in relationships at the moment." Suddenly, he felt wrong inside, as if he had been hit with uncertainty and hesitation.
Am I gay?
"Why are you asking all of these weird questions!"
Do I like him?
Ling could almost see the uncertainty coming out of Roy. It was obvious he was in denial, his mind was probably still on this morning too.
It feels so wrong to say no
