King by Lauren Aquilina
"You're in control... rid of all the monsters inside your head,"
"You? Love me?" She asks with all surprise within her.
I nodded my head sheepishly and she giggled, "I love you Blue, forever and always," I say.
"I love that you call me Blue," she says, taking my hand in hers. We're at her house and her parents are out of town on a business trip, like always.
"It suits you," I say, intertwining our hands, squeezing them tight, not daring to let them go.
"Forever and always?" she whispers and I leaned in and kissed her softly on her warm, plump lips.
She broke it off and her eyes shined with glint, "Let's go do something crazy yeah?" she says excitedly.

"Faster!" She shouts.
"Wish granted," I winked at her and she laughed, throwing her hands in the air, the engine roaring through the night.
We were in my dad's Classic Ferrari, going about 120 mph on a deserted road. I just got my license and I wasn't even feeling safe in my own hands.
Blue was okay with it. She said if we died tonight, we'll die together.
Together, we soared through the night, as the time passed us by. As if this was out last night on earth, together. We were young and reckless. We didn't have a care in the world except when it came for each other.
That's what we opted for.
Turns out that night... wasn't such a magical one for everyone.
