Chapter 4: Waves of guilt

Arcee's POV:

- Who do we got here?

I looked up to se Sunstreaker and Sideswipe glaring at us, smirking.

- Isn't it the little couple, how adorable! Sideswipe joked.

I narrowed my optics, and felt the anger boiling inside of me.

- Shut up! I snapped.

- Ahem, language Arcee, Sunsreaker added. Do you want us to tell Elita, I think she should be devastated to hear that you are so bad behaved.

- Tell her, I'll tell you made fun out of Bee's wings to Ironhide and Chromia yesterday, I snapped back.

- But we didn't really hurt him, isn't that right Bumblebee? Sideswipe said, turning his helm to Bee, trying to defend himself and his brother.

- Well actually-

- See, we didn't hurt him, Sunstreaker smirked.

- You didn't even let him finish! I kind of screamed back.

- Aw, isn't it the little femme caring for her mech-friend! Sunsreaker teased mockingly.

I let out a scream of anger.

- What's going on here?! we heard a strong voice say behind us.

I turned around to see Chromia, Ironhide, Elita and Optimus approaching us.

- Um...we were just saying to Arcee that she isn't allowed to use bad language, but she did anyways, Sideswipe said, I heard a little of fear in his voice.

- Is this true dear? Elita asked calmly, referring to me.

- Well they made fun of Bee and me! And they also made fun of Bee's wings yesterday, saying they are as big as Starscreams wings, they also said it made him look like a decepticon spy!

- Is this true? Ironhide asked, clear anger in is voice.

- Well..., Sideswipe started

- It was only a joke, Sunstreaker filled in.

- There is something we need to discuss, Sideswipe and Sunsreaker, Optimus asked, turning their direction.

- Ehm...no no! Absolutely nothing, sir, they stuttered in awe.

We all just stood there, in silence. Other bots were looking at us from around the corner of the hall, and this situation started to feel very uncomfortable. Until finally, Optimus spoke up.

- Sunstreaker and Sideswipe, you know better then to judge other by their appearance, and after all, the appearance doesn't matter, it is what is inside their sparks. And Arcee, you know better than to use bad language, no matter your temper, but I am proud of you for standing up for your friend, it really shows your spark is on right path. You are allowed to go.

Sides and Sunny quickly slipped away, surely trying avoid other bots looks and stares. The older bots all gave each other a look and nodded, I still don't understand why they nod, adults...

Optimus, Elita and Chromia all walked away after a while, I turned around and started walking again, I soon remembered what I was doing before this hole commotion, and turned around again to see Hide kneeling next to Bee saying:

- If there is any problems, you can just tell us, kay' Bumblebee?

He nodded.

- Good, you go join your friend now, he added and smiled.

Bee turned his helm towards my direction, then back to Ironhide and nodded again. Hide stood up and smiled at me, then he left, and be caught up to me.
