It was time. The rockets lit up, smoke started to invade to platform, a loud boisterous sound came from the giant flying machine, the Elite Ursain 18 was leaving Cybertron. They all stood there, no one making a single sound. The departure was breath taking, which would normally make young sparklings jump up and down and call on their creators to come look, but this was different, all you could think of was the bots on the ship, and if you were on the ship, the only thing you could think of was the bots staying on Cybertron.
In the whole front of the crowd stood the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime. He was looking up at the leaving ship, his spark just wanting to reach out to its other half, he wasn't showing sadness for what he is maybe losing, nor anger for what that has caused all the brutal events, nor disappointment for that he nothing could have done, and why would he even dare to show happiness? The prime closed his optics, he didn't dare watch the ship leave, he didn't dare watch his sparkmate leave him.
The little yellow and black mech stood behind the prime at his left, he watched as his leader closed his optics, and felt huge pity for him, he was losing the one he loved, the one that gave him hope, his other half. Bumblebee didn't even want to think about how he might feel, but something caught his optics, a tear fell from the primes left optic, it was as if it fell in slow motion. He watched as it came closer and closer to the ground, shimmering in the sunlight from Cybertron's blue sun. He watched it crash unto the ground, and then watched as another tear fell, and another. The prime, was crying.
The sixteen stellar-cycle old mech felt a little awkward, but still understood the situation, but he had never seen the prime so spark broken before, he wanted to make him feel better, but he knew that he nothing could do, the only thing he could do was stand there, thinking of what might happen next.
After the events, no one felt the urge to talk to anyone, not even Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, who both stood in front of two different windows in both different locations of the ship. It was dead quiet. The only communication between bots, both on the ship and at base, were exchanged by sighs or nods.
Arcee was sauntering down the halls, wanting to avoid everyone. She made her servo slip alongside the wall, and would just follow the hallway of the wall her servo was placed unto. She didn't want to do anything, she just wanted it all to be a dream, the departure, the pranks, the war, all of it. She just wanted to wake up, finding out that both her creators and her big brother were alive, that everything was okay and that she only had a nightmare. But she since a long time gave up the theory that it was all a dream, it had gone to far to just be a dream. She had asked Bumblebee numerous times if he really existed or that she was just dreaming a nightmare with her dream mech in it, but of course she mention the part of the dream mech to him.
She had been stalking around for at least a half a mega-cycle before she noticed she had been walking around in a circle. She needed to go. She went outside and transformed into her alt-mode and sped off, the evening sunrays making radiance on her. She thought of maybe that she could be seen if she reflected the light to much, so she put herself in camouflage mode, making her metal mat, so the sun wouldn't reflect on her. She stopped in front of a hill and transformed, she looked around just to be sure that she wasn't being watched, and when the coast was clear, she climbed up. On the top, she sat herself on the edge, letting her legs dangle from the ledge, she watched as the sun set and sighed, she had finally found inner peace.
- Guess you couldn't stay for much longer either?
The sudden and unexpected assert made her turn around hastily. She would have pulled out her canons if it weren't for the fact the she recognized the voice. She looked up to meet the friendly but pained optics of her best friend. She looked out into the open and sighed again as Bumblebee sat down next to her.
