"Whoooooooooo!" Lance shouted, evading stalagmites, stalactites, and rocks falling through the roof of the cave.
"You're still not here?" Keith beeped in over the communications link. "Hurry up. 'The cave's gonna be faster', you said."
"Shut up," Lance groaned. "You're never any fun!"
"We're not here for fun, we're here for the Galra tech." Keith replied sternly, growing impatient in the cockpit of the black Lion.
"Galra this, Galra that... is a lil bit of fun too much to ask for?" Lance pouted.
"Yes," The rest of the Paladins replied as one. "At least, it is to Keith..." Hunk continued.
Lance erupted from the tunnel, landing on a large, rocky platform. "Ah," he said, stepping out from the red Lion's mouth. "Wait here, Red, I'll be right back~" he cooed to the metallic feline. He stepped towards the mouth of a hole, shrugging his shoulders. "Is it down there?"
"We think so." Pidge said, pulling out her tablet. "The Galra technology should be about..."
"Alright." Lance says. "I volunteer as tribute!"
"Wait, wha-"
Lance jumped into the pit, much to the displeasure of the others.
"Yo, this place is... really... glow-ey!" Lance called up.
"YOU'RE AN IDIOT!" Keith yelled down to him.
"I KNOW YOU ARE, BUT WHAT AM I?!" Lance called back.
Ugh.
