my heart wonders
if it will be alone forever
it wonders if it will find
someone else with a good heart as well.
for there are so many fake hearts
out there.
they seem good at first but only then
to leave you for something better
where the good becomes bad
and my heart just lays there
sobbing, aching, in pain because
love is gone so quickly.
now i find it hard to let people in
because i don't want that pain again.
i feel like my heart is doomed.
forever and always consumed
by bad hearts and pain.
