Honest
"Baby come with me somewhere." Profit said coming into the room.
"Where?" I asked putting my hair into a ponytail.
"Just come."
"Ok. Get the kids." I grabbed my purse and phone.
I went inside the car and Profit came out and buckled Ty, TJ and Kyree in. He got inside and drove off.
"Where we going daddy?" Kyree asked.
"It's a surprise."
"Y'all ok?" I turned around and looked at them. Ty and Kyree nodded. TJ didn't say anything.
"What's wrong TJ?"
"Nothing mommy." He gave me a fake smile. I sighed and looked at Profit.
"What?" He looked at me then back to the road.
"You know you have to talk to him right?"
"I will."
Thirty minutes later we pulled up to this big house with a lot of land. We barely had neighbors, it really wasn't none. He approached this gate. Profit put in the code and drove up the driveway.
"What is this?" I asked looking at the house. It was big and real nice.
He got out the car. I got out and let the kids out. We walked up the steps and he unlocked the door. I walked in and was in awe. It was big and nicely furnished.
"Dadwy this our house." Ty asked.
"Yea. You like it?" He looked at me.
"It's nice." I said walking around. The kids already took off to explore the house.
The house was a seven bedroom 4 bathroom house. It had a built in pool and a basketball court. A lot of land and ATV a course. It had a in home theatre and two living rooms. It was so spacious.
"I love it babe." I said hugging him.
"You deserve the best. You deserve nice things and that house was too small anyway." He pulled away and kissed my forehead.
"Mommy I like this house." TJ said running up to me with Kyree behind him.
"You like it too Kyree."
"Yes. I have my own room too."
"I'm glad y'all like it."
Profit
"TJ let me talk to you real quick." I grabbed his hand and walked to the back and sat down on the back porch.
"TJ I'm sorry that I don't spend a lot of time with you. I have to spend time with Kyree too but I'm trying."
"We can all play together."
"Yea we can. You know you my thug buddy. My best friend. My lor shoota. You my son and I can't have you mad at me."
"I'm not mad no more daddy. I love you." He smiled and gave me a hug.
"I love you too lil man."
I need to do better with spending time with all my kids. Kyree been with us for three weeks and Danny never called not once to ask about him. She never called to check on him and make sure he's ok. What kind of mother is that. Honest calls and check on the kids even if they're with me. Kyree had to be treated bad in that house because of all his screaming in the middle of the night. He's doing better talking and playing with us. I just had to get him to open up so he can be comfortable. Which he is now.
Mike
I decided to give Bri a call. i been thinking about her since I saw her in the mall.
"Hello." Her voice said through the phone.
"Hey Bri. This Mike." I said.
"Hi Mike. How are you?"
"I'm aight, but I would feel even better if you let me take you out on a date." She giggled.
"Is that right Mr. Mike." She said seductively in the phone. I don't think she meant to sound like that but it was sexy. She got me getting hard now.
"Damn girl you better stop." I said with a small laugh.
"What I do?" She asked.
"Bri you just don't know." I shook my head. "So what you say about gon' out?" I asked hoping she say yes.
"Yes. I'll go out with you."
"Aight so I'll pick you up around..." I looked at the clock and saw it was 5:30. "7:15." That should be enough time.
"Oh you want to go out today." She sounded frantic.
"Yea. That's cool with you ma?" I licked my lips.
"Umm. Ok, I hope I have something to wear."
"You'll look beautiful in anything." This girl got me cupcaking over the phone. Must be special.
"Aww you're too sweet. Thank you." I can tell she had a smile on her face.
"Bring that smile with you too. Send me your address and I'll see you at 7?"
"Ok. See you later."
"Aight." I said then hung up.
