"Oh, no one is gonna find us?" Sky mocked me.
"I might have spoke a little too soon."
"You think?" We both looked behind us to see the acapella group right behind us. "Shit, shit, shit." We attempted to weave in and out of the other students walking around on campus, occasionally making people trip or fall.
"Sky, I blame you for everything."
"How is this my fault?"
"Who decided to paint a bus?" I asked, grabbing her hand and heading in a different direction then planned. The boys behind us had a hard time recovering from the hard turn we just took and started cursing loudly.
"What are they even doing back there?" She laughed, attempting to look behind her but noticed that wasn't a good idea by the hard glare I were sending. "Okay, okay. I'll focus on running."
"You better," We rounded another corner only to bump into someone, causing both Sky and I to topple over. "What the-" There stood Benji and his friend, who I found out earlier was Jesse, standing there with confused expressions.
"What's going on?" Jesse asked.
"Your group is chasing us." Sky answered bluntly, getting up and dusting herself off.
"Why would they be-"
"She painted the bus." I pointed to Sky as she helped me up, quickly letting me go and causing myself to fall back on my ass.
"Correction. We painted the bus! This wasn't a one woman show Ireland." She rolled her eyes at me as I scampered to my feet.
"It was a one woman idea." I grunted.
"Oh look, Benji and Jesse got them!" The group was now right in front of us, causing me to cringe.
"Oh hey." Sky waved at the group who seemed to just narrow their eyes. "Have a nice fall?" I looked over at Jesse, hearing an odd noise. It seems like he face palmed at the pun.
"Great joke." Benji commented before turning to the group. "So, they painted the bus. Just relax, it's not the first time. We can just repaint it."
"There's no way we're doing that again." The one called Donald mumbled, just loud enough for everyone to hear.
"It's not worth chasing two females across campus guys." Jesse said.
"Everyone thinks you guys are dicks anyway, this didn't help." I pointed out, earning scowls. "Just saying."
"Come on, I'll help with the repainting." Benji walked through the small crowd, heading back towards the parking lot. The rowdy group of males seemed to glare at us one last time before following him. Jesse turned to us.
"Sorry for...well that."
"It's fine, we kind of deserved it." Sky giggled.
"Yeah, I guess."
"So Benji mentioned you two the other day to the group, other the fact that Sky here has been pranking us for a while. He said that you two are pretty good at singing." Jesse leaned against the wall next to us, crossing his arms.
"I don't sing." Sky and I said at the same time, reminding eachother of when we first arrived.
"He said you guys said that too." Jesse frowned.
"No really, I don't sing. I rap. There's a diffence. I will not be singing any time soon." I asnwered, already done with this conversation. I looked at Sky who seemed to already have the same idea, we both turned away and walked away, not really intrested in anything Jesse wanted to talk about.
