① | ʙᴇɴɪᴄᴇ firstly, please be respectful towards anyone in the company. if you act out of line both of us will not hesitate to talk to you about your behaviour or even delete you from bloom
② | ɴᴇᴀᴛᴀɴᴅᴛɪᴅʏ next, please have a neat and tidy form. fill out everything, if you don't understand something don't be afraid to ask us questions. besides, a nice form with detail and everything filled out will get you debuted soon!
③ | ᴛʀᴀɪɴᴇᴇɴᴜᴍʙᴇʀs we all want everyone to have a chance at debuting so you may only give in one form at a time. once your trainee has debuted you can fill out another form. it helps keep the numbers balanced. *we have now made a change to this rule*
you are allowed to now have three trainees at a time, if one of those trainees debuts then you can make a new one. so, in retrospect the max amount of undebuted trainees to have is three.
④ | ʙᴇᴄʀᴇᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ please be creative with your characters! we cannot stress enough that we want this to be unique for everyone!! nobody wants anyone to be a carbon copy off of everyone else. is it realistic that a trainee, who is only 15, knows three languages, is 100% great at all the skills, and is visually perfect? no. so please make sure you have some flaws in your trainee.
⑤ | ʙᴇᴀᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ being active means keeping up with everything going on. please make sure you attend active checks, and inform us if you're going on hiatus or if you changed your username. if you follow us it will make sure we're kept up with you as well, of course it's not necessary but it helps a lot.
⑥ | ᴘᴀᴛɪᴇɴᴄᴇ we're not asking for a lot in this one, but please be patient. we have lives out of wattpad, there's school, family, our health, and everything in between. if you be patient with debuting your time will come.
