chapter 12:

Jacob's Pov:

I was sitting outside of Arias hospital room leaning against the wall with my hands buried in my hair and I was crying. I was waiting to see if she was still alive. I can't lose her I loved her too much. "Jacob Whitesides?" I heard a mans voice say. "Sir?" he says. I looked up at him. It was a cop.

"Hello, I'm here to investiage what happened to Aria and who did it to her" he explains. "What do you mean? it was on purpose?" I asked him. "Yes we believe so" he says. I felt my cheeks turn hot. Who would do this to her? "Well, Mr.Whitesides we got information from another driver she was there before the accident and she saw everything" he tells me.

A second later I saw a girl walk up to me. "I was driving and I saw her face she looked scared, this guy I'm guessing he knew her he gave her the most scary glare. She looked freaked out and he shouted at her and ran his car into hers. I stopped my car and her car flipped three times so I called 911 and she looked really hurt and I drove behind the ambulance to make sure she was safe" the girl explained to me.

I looked down and I grew angry and a tear fell from my eyes. "Im sorry what's your name?" I asked her. "Gia" she says soflty. "What did the guy look like Gia?" I asked her. Gia explained to me exactly what Alex looked like. I knew it was him. I turned from her "I know who did it, he knows Aria. He wanted to hurt her" I told the police officer. I heard people walking behind me.

I turned around and saw Alex and I charged toward him and slammed him against the wall pulling his shirt. "What did you do to her?" I asked screaming. he pushes me back "What do you mean?" he says smiling. "You can't have her now" he says and the police officer arrests him. "I hope she's okay" Gia says patting my shoulder and left.

The doctor came into the hallway and he looks like he has something to say..Was this really happening?.....
