Chapter 10

(You: "Never in a million years." Zach backed out of the driveway and headed to the house.)

I saw my dad fade away in the mirror. I feel so bad for leaving him but then again I don't. It's all her fault. She's the one that cheated on him. I got mad and started to cry.

Zach: "Hey. Hey Maddie everything is going to be ok. Just don't think of them."

You: "It's kinda hard to now because their getting back together." I wiped away my tears and looked outside the window. I kept thinking about the accident. My legs, arms, and neck  were sweating in the casts. i want them off but they aren't healed yet. Zach quickly pulled into the driveway. Kaycee got out first and grabbed my wheelchair. She opened my door.

Kaycee: "Ready to get out?" I looked at her with my arms cried and shook my head. "Whatever you say." Kaycee shut the door as Zach was unlocking the house. He stared back at me and smiled. I locked the door and looked at my phone. 10 missed calls and 8 new messages from dad. I opened them and read them to myself.

(Texts Messages from Dad)

12:45 p.m: "Maddie come back home now"

12:47 p.m: "Maddie I'm sorry that I didn't tell you sooner. This is all my fault. Just please come home"

12:49 p.m. "Please"

12:50 p.m. "Maddie this isn't funny."

12:52 p.m "Maddie I'm sorry!"

12:55 p.m. "I love you"

12:59 p.m. "Maddie Please!!! We need to work this out"

1:03 p.m. "Maddie I know that you are getting my messages but you shouldn't be mad at your mother. You should be mad at me because this is all my fault and not hers. I asked her to come back and we bot needed her back in ours life. I'm really sorry for what had happened. Don't blame your mother blame me because it was my idea for her to come back into our lives. I'm sorry. Just text me back so I know your ok. Love you."

(End of new text messages from Dad) 

I cried at the text messages and texted him back as fast as I could. 

"Dad It's not your fault. I'm still pissed about how she cheated on you. You should be too but no you had to bring her back into your life and give her a second chance. What happens if she breaks your heart again dad? Huh? You will be heart broken and it won't be my fault but I will say I told you so dad. I'm just looking out for you dad." 

I swung open my door and fell out onto the ground crying as hard as I could. I punched the ground as hard as could screaming and crying. I heard the front door fly open and someone walked out. I couldn't see who it was because I had tears in my eyes. I tried to get up but my body wouldn't move.

Zach: "Babe! BABE! Can you hear me!" I couldn't answer him. 

Corbyn: "What do we do?" I heard Kate's voice along with Kaycee.

Kate: "Move!" Everyone moved. "Kaycee grab her wheelchair." Kaycee grabbed the wheelchair and they both helped me into it. I couldn't stop crying. Zach pushed me inside and took me upstairs and set me on my bed. I threw everything off of it.

You: "THAT PHYSCO WOMAN STOLE MY DAD!" I couldn't breathe. Zach took my hands and held them tightly. He had a pissed off look on his face.

Zach: "Maddie. Get over it! You knew that this was gonna happen. You could of stopped it but now your in this room acting like a baby." Tears fell down my face faster. "Babe I didn't mean to say that I swear." Daniel walked in with a snapchat video of Zach yelling at me in his hands.

Daniel: "Wow Zach." Daniel came and hugged me tightly. "Maddie it's ok. Let it all out." Daniel posted the video on his story. I heard Jack from downstairs.

Jack: "HOLY CRAP ZACH!!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!" 

Zach: "It's not my fault!"

Daniel: "Sure you did" Daniel picked me up and took me downstairs. Corbyn, Jonah, Kate, Kaycee, and Jack were downstairs. Daniel set me down on the couch and kissed my forehead. I blushed. 

Kate: "Maddie are you ok?" I nodded my head. 

You: "I'm fine." I wiped my tears away and looked at Daniel. "I'm just fine." He smiled at me.

I don't know what's wrong with me. Am I falling for Daniel? I can't be. I have Zach......Daniel pushed my wheelchair outside.

Daniel: "Wanna go for a ride?"

You: "Yes." He picked me up and set me in his car. He got in and backed out. I saw Zach come out of the front door. I looked at Daniel and started to blush even more. Zach fell to his knees as we drove off. 

Daniel: "You don't need his Maddie. Did you see how he yelled at you because you wee crying? That's not fair to you." 

You: "I know but what should I do." Daniel pulled over to the side of the road and parked. HE locked the doors and looked at me.

Daniel: "Be mine then." He grabbed my hand and kissed it. I blushed even harder. 

You: "D-Daniel." He pulled me closer. 

Daniel: "Maddie. I need you." He pulled me onto him. He kissed me. I kissed him back. 

(In my head) I'm falling for Daniel! What's wrong with me. But he likes me and I like him too. 

Daniel pulled away and smiled at me. I couldn't helped it I smiled back. I saw Zach's car go by slowly. I started to get scared. Daniel made me look at him. I kissed him. 

You: "I'm falling for you Daniel. I want to be yours." I wrapped my arms around his neck.

Daniel: "That's what I thought."
