Chapter 8

(Alex: "Madie!")

You: "A-Alex?" He came over and hugged me tightly. It feels.....weird being in the same room with him after we broke up.

Alex: "I haven't see you since we broke up. How are you doing?"

You: "I'm doing fine. H-how are you Alex?" I felt my face getting hotter by every word he said. What is wrong with me! I have a boyfriend of my own. I have to get him out of my head!!

Alex: "I'm fine," he grabbed my good hand and started to turn red. "I just...miss you Maddie. I miss being with you. I know I screwed up and I know you gave my 4 chances but atleast....give me a chance to make it up to you."

You: "Uh....Ok Alex. But you know I have a boyfriend....Right?"

Alex: "Ya Corbyn told me that you two were dating and I'll respect that. We can stay friends. That's all I need." He kissed my cheek. I saw Zach walk in. He didn't look happy.

Zach: "Who the fuck are you?!?"

Alex: "I'm Maddie's ex boyfriend. You must be Zach."

Zach: "Ya but please don't kiss her. She doesn't need her heart broken by you again."

You: "Zach it's fine. He was just trying to be nice."

Zach: "Ok just don't do it again."

Alex: "Ya sure." Once Zach walked out the door Alex kissed me on the lips. I pulled away.

You: *whispers* "Alex. What is he walks in!" 

Alex: "Sorry Maddie. I just wanted to get one kiss in before he got pissed off again."

You: "You're so sweet but I can't do this. I want to be with Zach."

Alex: "I can respect that."

You: "Thanks" We went  back outside and everything was set up. Kacey was even here. I hate her now.

Kacey: "Let me explain why I brought her! You se-"

You: "Leave here right now or else I'm calling the cops" everyone was looking at my as I was getting my phone out of my pocket.

Kacye: "What's your problem!"

You: "Hm...Let me see. Number 1 YOU BROUGHT MY DAMN MOTHER TO THE HOSPITAL WHEN I VOWED NEVER TO SEE HER EVER AGAIN!"

Kacey: "Whoop-di-do!" I dialed 911 and Kacey stood there with her arms crossed. Little fucking brat. 

You: "The cops are coming."

Kacey: "Do you think I care?!?" I saw the cops pull into the driveway.

Cop: "What seems to be the problem?"

You: "I need the woman off of my property." The cops grabbed Kacey and took her into the car.

Cop: "Ok ma'm anything else?"

You: "Yes i would like a restraining order on her."

Cop: "Ok we'll mail that to you soon. Have a nice night folks."

You: "Thank you!" The cop got into his car and drove off. Finally got her away from me.

Jack: "Woah! Bitch got guts!!"

You: "I just let all of my anger out."

Kate: "Are you sure that was more than anger!"

You: "Yes I'm sure." 

Jonah: "Everything's set up. Let party!" They all started to Dance and I sat in my wheelchair. When they were all taking a photo i slipped into the woods. I dislike being left out.

Zach: "AYE! Where's Maddie?!?" I heard Zach calling my name. I wheeled farther into the woods and saw someone. They seemed to be crying. I wheeled up to them. I accidently startled them. It was a cute guy.

Stranger: "Whos there!"

You: "I did not mean to scare you! I'm so sorry! I heard you crying so I came over here and i broke a twig."

Stranger: "It's fine." I wheeled myself in front of him. 

You: "What's your name and why are you here alone?"

Stranger: "Austin. I'm here because my girlfriend. I mean 'Ex' Gabbie dumped me."

You: "Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry! I'm Maddie by the way!"

Austin: "Nice to meet you. Now why are you in the woods?"

You: "My boyfriend and my friends threw me a welcome home party because I just got out of the hospital from a car crash but they took over the party so I wanted to get some peace and quiet." Austin and I got to know each other better. We exchanged Phone numbers. Zach came into the woods screaming my name and saw me laughing with Austin.

Zach: "BABE!"

You: "Oh look who it is."

Zach: "What do you mean?"

You: "I only ran off because you all we're taking over and I didn't wanna ruin it because I'm fucking crippled."

Zach: "Babe that no-"

Austin: "Is this truly the way you treat your girl?"

Zach: "N-No!"

Austin: "Why did you get nervous when I asked you that question?"

Zach: "Just back off. Lets go Maddie."

You: "No."

Zach: "No?"

You: "I'm not going back because you all are just gonna get fucking wasted and I'll have no one to take care of me. I'm going to my dads."

Austin: Do you needa ride?"

You: "Yes please!" Austin pushed my right passed Zach and took me to his car. He put me inside and put my wheelchair in the back and drove me to my dad's house.

Austin: "Nice place,"

You: "Thanks."

Austin: "I just wanna say Thanks for talking to me-" I kissed him. I didn't mean to but it was the only way to shut him up. I normally wouldn't have done it but it felt right. He grabbed my waist. He helped my out of the car and inside.

You: "Dad?"

Dad: "Baby? What are you doing here?"

You: "I want to spend the night."

Dad: "Sure."

Austin: "I'll go grab your wheelchair." A few minutes later Austin came back in with my wheelchair. He picked me up and carried me to my room. I laughed all the way up. He set me on my bed.

You: "Thanks Austin."

Austin: "No problem. Now if you nee-" Zach was downstairs with my dad. Shit!

Dad: "She's upstairs"

You: "SHIT!" Zach ran up the stairs and came into my room.

Zach: "What the fuck is going on?!?"
