It had been a long first day for Italia. She'd caught up with all her old friends and she was thrilled to be back, they treated her like she'd never been away. But she had. And a lot of had changed.
Italia swung her bedroom door open, strolled in and flopped down Face first on her bed. (Italias room is pictured up top) She dropped her bag on the floor and let out a groan. A year out of school was glorious, every high schoolers dream, and now she's had to go back like nothing has changed. She didn't want to go back to doing classes and taking exams it was all too much, too soon.
Diego stood in his little sister's doorway, letting out a small laugh as he saw her on her bed, "first day was really that bad huh?" "No it wasn't bad in a particular sense, like everybody was lovely, like I'd never been away. Which is the problem it's like I've never been away. Ugh I hate school already and I haven't been here for over a year and one day has me hating it again" she groaned as she rolled over and lay a hand over her forehead. "Teenagers are meant to hate school, if you enjoyed it the teachers would have no fun! Everyone was nice though right?" He continued to question his sister. "Yeah, everybody was nice. Not too much hassle from the north Siders, probably because Jughead is dating one and is friends with others it probably keeps is safe. That Cheryl Blossom seems like she's gonna be a right handful already" "You got this lil one, keep your head up. Oh and FP is here, come down!" Diego called as he began to walk downstairs. Italia groaned again as she sat up and shook off her jacket, throwing her hair up in a big messy bun on top of her head. She made her way downstairs and smiled as she entered the living room to be greeted by her family and the serpent leader. "Hey FP" she smiled nicely "Hey lil one, how you enjoying being back in Riverdale?" "Meh, it's still just the same ain't it. Few less people, a few extra. Same old same old" she let out a small laugh as she plopped down into an arm chair by the fire. "Would we really want it any other way? Haha. I was just telling your family that my boy is having a party on Saturday, a serpent party. Celebrate the big García return. Most that will be there are either your parents or your age but like I said you're all welcome, will be good to have us all back together again" FP took a swig of beer as he rested his hand on his knee. "All three men of my life have never been one to turn down a party and I can hardly imagine that my little Miha is about to be any different, so we'll be there" Italia smiled at her family and FP. A party could be good for her, give her that little cheer up she's already in need up. If one thing she had learnt to be good at over the last year, it's partying. And a Serpent party never falls flat. Ever.
