Cayla is officially ready to start pushing and she can feel it though the nurse hasn't came in yet and she's about to so let's see what happens

Cayla: babe I feel like I need to push or something (lays her head back trying to relax breathing heavily)

Mitchell: (presses the nurse button) she should be coming just relax

Nurse: (runs in with a few other nurses) ok it looks like your 10 centimeters you can start pushing now (sets her up)

Cayla: ok (feels a horrible contraction pushing)

Mitchell: (holding her hand) push babe

Cayla: (keeps pushing)

Dove: (holding her other hand) go sis

Cayla: (leans back)

Nurse: ok keep pushing

Cayla: (pushes more)

Nurse: great sweetie keep it coming

Cayla: (pushes)

Nurse: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 great job keep doing that

Cayla: (pushes another while screaming loudly)

Mitchell: come on baby keep going

Cayla: (pushes a few more then looks at him with an angry look)

Nurse: push keep going push

Cayla: (pushes some more screaming almost louder than before)

Dove: keep going sis you got it

Cayla: (screams as she pushes another)

A while later

Mitchell: you're almost there baby push

Cayla: (leans back with tears in her eyes as she gets ready to push again)

Nurse: I have her head keep pushing you're almost done

Cayla: (gives a big push while screaming)

Nurse: great one more

Cayla: (gives one more big push then leans back letting the tears fall more as her baby cries)

Mitchell: aw she's so beautiful

Nurse: wanna cut the chord daddy?

Mitchell: sure (cuts the chord)

Nurse: here you go Mrs. Hope (hands her the baby)

Cayla: omg she's so cute (holding her hand) your so tiny and so beautiful I love you

Nurse: do you have a name for her yet?

Cayla: yah Evelyn

Nurse: that's cute (takes her baby) we're gonna clean her up and check her while baby B comes

Cayla: (let's tears fall realizing that the other isn't out yet) can I quite yet?

Mitchell: no (gives her a kiss to her forehead) baby your doing such a good job don't quite now

Cayla: yah it just really hurts and i-i-I don't think i c-can do this anymore

Dove: sis of course you can please do this for me ok your doing so good

Cayla: o-ok I guess

Nurse: ok sweetie she won't take to long to come out so push for me
