My Maid[Sumji]

Chapter 4

Umji P.O.V

I spend the next 4 days checking on my father at the hospital and training how to be a maid. That classes were so boring and long, but I have to do this for both my father and me.

"Welcome home, master," I said in a soft voice and a bright smile.

"I'm so proud of you Umji-ah, you have become so much better over this past days." Both Sowon and Sinb clap at me, but I don't know if they were being honest or we making fun of me.

"I agree, Umji-ah seems to be a natural on this stuff." The boss came.

"When do you start working for the prince?" Sinb asked me.

"Today I go visit the castle and tomorrow I will begin to work." Sowon jump up and down with excitement. She was having more fun on this than I was.

"Your so lucky, man how I wish a prince will come and get me too." We laugh at her even if she was older than both me and Sinb sometimes she acted like a child.

"What about you and Chanyeol?" Sowon smile fades away real quick.

"We broke up two days ago." She said that with a smile like it wasn't a big deal.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Sinb apologizes, but sowon just gave her a big laughter.

"No worries, I was getting sick of him anyway all he did was talk about himself and he never truly care for me. Dumping him was one of my greatest achievement." She sounded fine, but I knew even if she was smiling it still hurt her.

"Why did you guys broke up?" I wanted to know even if it was a bad question to asked her.

"I caught him cheating on me, you know how he was always checking girls out when I was around." Again she said not like it was nothing.

"It did hurt when I saw him kissing the other girl, but maybe it was fate telling me that I could get a prince like you Umji-ah." She gave me a wink and I threw her the closest thing I had which was a pillow.

"I'm going to change there's a car who is going to pick me up," I told them as I head to the dressing room. I got inside the room and check myself in the mirror. Who knew my life would have ended up like this? I never really believe in fairy tails, but it felt like one except for the part where we fall in love. There's no way a prince would fall for me. I took off the maid costume and put on my regular clothes.

I walk out of the dressing room to find my friends waiting for me. I gave them a smile before bringing both in for a hug.

"Thank you, without you two by my side I would have never had this opportunity." I felt lips on both my cheeks.

"We will always be here, we admire how strong you now work hard and pay him back," Sinb told me as the link one of her arms around mine.

"If you and the prince get close make sure to hit your, girl, up, I'm pretty sure he should have friends," Sowon said as she links her arms with me as well.

"Sure." We all laugh as we head to the exit.

We were walking on the streets, to my surprise they weren't as crowded as before. The way back home was quick well that's what I thought into we saw two men being surrounded by 5 men who look very strong.

"You little punks, give us what we want!!" I look at the girls, but when I did they were gone. I look around to find myself looking at them walking to those men. I ran towards grabbing them both by their arms.

"What are you girls doing? This isn't our fight." They both realize themselves from my grip.

"If I was in that kinda situation I would want someone to come to help me and don't worry we won't get hurt," Sinb told me and both ran back to those people.
