Chapter 2

Umji P.O.V

I try not to spill my coffee since it cost me money, but I couldn't believe what sowon was telling me. I mean it hasn't even been 24 hours yet and already someone wants me, but not just anyone.

"The prince?!!" I yell out loud that everyone at the cafe looks at me. I began to bow and keep saying sorry to them since it was very rude of me.

"Yes!! The prince!! I'm so happy for you Umji-ah." Sowon eyes were shining.

"I can't do this, it will be fine if it was the other person, but a royal that's way out my comfort zone," I told her which made that smile of her go upside down.

"What are you saying? You know how much the royal family will pay you?" She was getting angry, but it was still a no for me.

"She's right you know if you work for the royal family you will get out of your debt much faster and probably have extra money to buy yourself a few things," Sinb said as she sips her coffee. They were right, but I know nothing about this job and to work for royalty is just hard. We stood silent for a minute into two men and women appear at our table.

"Tell the manager to close the shop." A tall handsome man order.

"Right away." Out of nowhere and, another man appears behind the handsome man. I was more focused on the people who were standing in front of us that I didn't notice that all the people in the shop were gone.

"Are you Kim Yewon?" The women asked and I nod it in response.

"Who are you, people?" Sinb asked she look so relax for a situation like this.

"We came to grab Yewon-ah and escort her all the way to the castle." I stop sipping my coffee and look at them. The castle? The place where only royalty lives. Yeah, there's no way I want to work there.

"Sorry, but no, please tell the royal family that I re-" I wasn't able to finish my sentence.

"She will love to go, but she has to work soon, so it won't be possible." I remove Sinb hand from my hand.

"No, that's not what I wa- Ouch!!" Someone hit my leg. I turn to look at Sowon who was smirking. I was about to open my mouth, but she kicks me again. I knew they will keep doing this into I agree.

"Can we set the meeting after I finish work?" I asked the people who were now looking at us weird.

"Don't  worry, Ms. Yewon we have talked to your boss and he agreed to give you an hour or two off." I stood up, I knew there was nothing else to do, but I still won't agree.

"Then let's go," I told them, and then turn to look at my friends.

"I see you, girls, later." They gave me a smile.

"Right this way." The people lead me outside where a very luxurious car was waiting for me.

~40 Minute Pass~

I was sitting in a big room everywhere I look was fill with luxury stuff. This was nothing like I expect to be it was a whole new level, but what can you expect from a royal family? Only the best.

"This is my first time a royal will want to contract my workers." The boss that Sowon introduce yesterday was here.

"Why did they invite you?" I didn't want to sound mean, but that's how it came out.

"I'm here to do the contract with the prince, I must protect my workers." She explains I didn't mind here being here, but it made it hard for me to reject the offer.

"Prince Yoongi!!" I hear the guards yell, I stood up with my boss. The doors were open to reveal a very handsome person, but looks aren't everything in this world. We bow down as he walks to us. We stay bowing for a while and I was getting tired. Then I heard footsteps, soon two feet were in my view.

"You may stand up." I quickly got up, but to only find myself very close to someone chest. I jump backwards a little.

"That's a new one." I look up to find who it was and it was no other than the prince.

"Well, what did you expect, for me to jump into your arms? " I knew what I said was not a way to talk to him, but he shouldn't be to close.

"Apologize, to the prince!" Two swords were not pointing right at my neck. I knew this was a bad idea.

"You're different, please put your swords down." I don't if I should be grateful that he save me from dying or offend that he call me different?

"Sorry, I didn't mean to talk to you like that." I apologize, I mean I was kinda rude, but he still deserves it

"Please let's sit down." I took my sit, but I could feel many gazes looking at my every move. I knew that I screw big time when I talk to the prince like that, but in the other hand, he may not want me afterward.

"I want her to work with me for a few years if that's okay?" Or maybe not, maybe I should have said something more offending but maybe I would have ended up in jail.

"Oh my! I would love to, but most contract only last for a few months." The boss said.

"Excuse me, but I came here to refuse the offer," I told them, which shook the guards and the boss, but the prince was smirking.

"You are quite different." His tone was soft yet deep at the same time it kinda sends chills through my body.

"How would you like to be pay 8,000 dollars each week? of course, your payment will increase if I like your service." That's a lot of money for only 7 days and since we have 4 weeks in a month that will be 32,000 dollars each month now if you add that number 12 times that will be 384,000 dollars a year!!!! That was a lot of money, I have made my decision.

"Thank you, but no, I deeply apologize for taking time off your schedule your highness, but I will refuse your offer." I stood up and gave my bow. I know that this may be one of the stupidest mistakes I will make in my life and I am regretting, but I don't think I can do this job.

I'm not ready yet.....

Suga P.O.V

The wind tonight was calm and fresh, it was perfect. The moon was shining so brightly and the perfect temperature of this night made it so much better. I look up at the stars that were shining brightly down at me.

"Thank you, but no, I deeply apologize for taking time off your schedule your highness, but I will refuse your offer."

I remember her words. I soon felt a grin forming around my mouth.

"That was the first time someone said no to me, you are quite different Yewon-ah," I whisper to myself. I jump out of the tree and began to head my way back into the castle.

"Prince Yoongi, what you requested has been done." My butter appeared out of nowhere.

"That was fast," I told him.

"My prince, why are you doing all of this? Is she really important to you?" He asked me, I came to a to a stop and turn to look at him.

"You know me when I want something I will get. I want her and I will do anything to have her by my side." No matter if you refuse my offered Kim Yewon at the end I will have you.
