Aimen was taking a walk down the street with her cat Chestnut. The city lights were glimmering as the skies turned black and the sounds of the cars honking and beeping were as loud as they seemed. The girl didn't mind it though. She was heavily used to all of the sound in the city. Aimen loved being in the city. For some reason, she felt right at home with all of the busy streets, the tall buildings, and the smell of gasoline. People may call her a city kid, she wouldn't care.As she was walking on the streets with her cat, Aimen decided to listen to her Panic! At The Disco playlist. She thought that she didn't get to listen to them as much anymore, and she really enjoyed their new album. The teenager popped earbuds into her ears and she listened to the lovely voice of Brendon Urie as she walked down the streets.
They first songs that were playing were their oldest songs, such as "There's A Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought Of It Yet" or "Northern Downpour". Aimen felt happy and glad that she was listening to Panic. It felt almost like a century since she last listened to them.
Aimen was happily listening to her playlist, until a song from "Pray For The Wicked" started to play. It was "Roaring 20s" and Aimen couldn't help but bop. The girl loved the various songs in the album, but "Roaring 20s" is the one that could get easily stuck in her head.
But little did the girl know, someone was coming their way. Aimen and her cat were heading back home. As the girl was walking, Aimen noticed that some of the beeping of the cars has stopped. She looked around to see that the cars has suddenly disappeared. That's when Aimen started to have a panic attack. Come on, not now. I don't have the fucking time for this.
Aimen knew that something was going to happen, she just didn't know what. Perhaps it was something to do with Brendon, now that he's taken the job to harass her and make her go insane.
"Alright, Chestnut," Aimen said to her cat, "We have to be really careful. You just don't know when Brendon or Patrick or Pete will come at you."
One steps. No one made a single sound. Two steps. Still no sound. Three steps later, the whole sound of silence made Aimen feel highly uncomfortable. The girl considered calling the police. She felt too unsafe. Aimen finally decided to pull out her phone and dial 911, but before she could do that, the ground beneath her opened and Aimen fell. The girl screamed and held onto her cat, making sure that he was safe and out of harm's way.
Aimen fell and fell, until someone grabbed her by her hoodie. It turned out that she hasn't even reached the ground and she was somewhat saved by an unknown. Aimen turned around and she saw that Brendon was the one who saved the girl and her cat. Aimen saw the pit underneath her and the darkness. It gave Aimen a really sick feeling in the stomach.
"Hey, Aimen!" Brendon greeted.
"BRENDON?!" Aimen screeched, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!"
"Don't worry, it's safe, you and Chestnut will be alright,"
"Why would I even trust you?"
"Come on, Aimen," Brendon said, "Why would I do anything to hurt you?"
"I don't know, maybe because you made me fall through this fucking pit!"
Aimen felt quite agitated and Brendon could detect that. The man sighed and he looked at the girl directly into her brown eyes.
