Lucien led me into his room next door quickly, his guards opening the double doors for us. As we sauntered in, Lucien kept me slightly behind him, blocking my view of the other rulers. His waiting room was an exact replica of the Queen's Suite's but decorated in earthy, dark tones making the room have a more masculine aura. In the middle of the room, a round mahogany table was set up with five chairs, three of them occupied with I assume the other rulers.

"Welcome friends! I can't wait for you to meet our Goddess," Lucien exclaimed, pulling me in front of him. He placed his hands on my shoulders, effectively blocking me from escaping the other kings' eyesight. "This is Rey," he murmured, his voice deepening as he said my name.

Silence. I kept my eyes down, not willing to look at them yet before I calmed myself down. Rey, you can do this. Simply explain that they must send you back. What they did was inhumane, ripping you from your family and friends like that. They're in the wrong, not you. Don't be guilt tripped by them.

Gathering my strength, I looked up to see what I was up against. Three men appearing to be around Lucien's age were standing around the table, their eyes wide and focused entirely on me, as if I was the only thing in the world. And of course, they all had to be insanely good looking. Give me a break.

Ethereal. The man to the left was simply gorgeous. His face, though effeminate, held a coldness that instantly drew others' attention. His black, long hair glistened like the night sky, reaching his waist and styled on his head with a white crown. His matching eyes were so dark that It was difficult to ascertain where his pupil started, giving them the illusion that they went on forever. His slightly parted lips were the color of a pink cherry blossom at its prime. The robe that he wore was midnight black with an asian styled white dragon decorating the entire portion of his torso. He appeared to be a cold, aloof beauty, holding himself as though he were an immortal sovereign overlooking his kingdom. The look that he aimed at me sent shivers down my back; it was almost as if he were a predator observing his prey, ready to pounce at the slightest show of weakness on my part. Disgruntled, I moved on the observe the person to his left.

Primal. His blonde hair was styled so that it was parted up and to the left, giving the impression that he ran his hand through it often throughout the day. He had a five-o-clock shadow creping across his sharp jawline, giving his face a dangerous vibe that the other men the room did not have. His eyes were the most peculiar color of molten gold, making people swelter under his gaze. His pure scarlet robe was outlined in gold. The dominating, primal aura he sent out demanded absolute obedience. Meeting his scorching gaze made me feel as if I were being burnt by the sheer power of it, drowning in his heat. Before I could be swept away by him, I quickly turned to study the last ruler in the room.

Royal. It was as if a fairy tale came to life in the form of this man. His well-kept bleach blond hair was short and neatly parted to the right. His face war as clear as the night sky, his skin appearing almost glowing. The piercing blue eyes that stared at me were the color of the morning sky, giving the impression of a new world being hidden in their depths. Unlike the others, he did not wear a robe; instead, he was adorned with immaculate navy military apparel similar to the ceremonial uniforms the princes of England wore in important gatherings, accented by silver. Wow, I guess there's a country here that has western style cloths as well.

Silence still blanketed the room as I ended my appraisal of the rulers. After another minute of it, I gave in and broke the silence first. "Hello, nice to meet you all. I'm Rey. You are?"

The three sucked in air at the sound of my voice, not responding to my inquiry. Not again. I turned back to Lucien with a look like Are these people idiots? He chuckled at my facial expression.

"Don't blame them. It's not their fault they are enchanted by you. No one can resist you."

I grimaced. "Well, take a picture, it'll last longer. I need an explanation."

Lucien looked confused. "What's a picture?"

I sighed. "Nevermind." I turned back to the three other royals and pointed to the cold beauty. "Ice Queen, what's your name?"

My nickname seemed to jolt them out of whatever stupor they found themselves in. The lion man snorted and the princely figure grinned at my comment. Ice Queen furrowed his perfectly arched brows. Damn him for having a spot-on brow-game. "Are you speaking to me?" he replied in a voice that seemed to be coated with frost.

I raised an eyebrow. "Who else could I be speaking to?"

Lucien laughed behind me, his hands still on my shoulders shaking with the force of it. "She's got a point, Victor."

Victor's face morphed into a scowl. "Shut it, Lucien." His calculating eyes met mine. "My name is Victor, Lady Rey. It is a pleasure to meet you."

"Well, I would say same, but considering the circumstances, I really don't want to be here. What about you?" I retorted as my eyes left Victor's and met the molten gold pair's.

"Adrien." The man gazed at me, his eyes seemingly burning into my soul. Feeling disoriented due to the stare, I chose to ignore it and turned to the 'prince.'

"And you?"

He grins, placing his fist above his heart, slightly bowing in salute. "I am called Wyatt, Princess."

I snort at the nickname. "Princess my ass. Just call me Rey, please." I shrugged off Lucien's hands and walked over to an open seat. Plopping down into the sparingly comfortable mahogany chair, I gestured to the others around the table. "I'm guessing this explanation is going to take some time. How about we all sit and get comfortable?"

The kings glanced at each other. Seeing this, I harrumphed. "Well, you can all stand if you want to, but I'll be here."

At my words the four men sauntered over and took a seat around the table, with Lucien to my right and Victor to my left. Adrian sat next to Victor while Wyatt took a seat next to Lucien.

Looking at each of them in turn, I gathered my strength and asked, "So what exactly do you guys want me to do here?"
