It was a dark night, storms raging overhead while a lone cloaked figure stalked the shadows, their dim glowing deep blue eye was the only thing visible, in their arms, a precious cargo; the person had surveyed this street for months looking for the right place, the right home, to leave the cargo. The figure flowed down the street mixing into the darkness of the night and the blur of the rain, the last house on the block was their target and getting there fast and undetected was of utmost importance.
The cloaked figure stood in front of the house like a camera surveying its surroundings, they took a long look over the house, burning into their memory, then they sighed and walked up the steps, years of practice made their steps mix into the rain. They put the cargo down and pulled down their hood, a young looking female was what the cloak was hiding with tanned skin, freckles, and scars the woman looked seemingly normal except for her silver and gold hair that was paired with a pair of furry white and gold cat ears that were pulled back flat. She then pulled a note from the inside of her cloak and pinned it to the blanket, and a medallion from her pocket no bigger than a silver dollar, and put it around the cargo’s neck, she sighed once more than rang the doorbell three times and a fourth for extra measures.
She then whisked herself to the middle of the street where her cloak would hide her. The porch light flicked on and the door opened, a man with brown ruffled hair and slight stubble appeared, “who was it?” a female voice called from inside and not long after her face was revealed, a lovely looking woman with disheveled brownish-silver hair, “damn pranksters.” the man grumbled, “what's that?” the woman questioned as she weaved past the large man, “be careful.” the man warned as the woman undid the pin securing the note, her eyes widened as she read and with a shaky breath she gently pulled back the blanket with shaking fingers only to gasp and start tearing up, the man quickly walked over at seeing his wife's reaction to the cargo. The man peered wearily into the basket and with his quivering voice said something that made the woman leap on him in joy….. “a baby.”.

The man brought in the cargo now known as a child while the woman stood on the front stoop, and said into the night, “thank you, whoever you are, but thank you.” she then closed the door and the lighted flicked off. The cloaked woman was standing in the road still and with dull eyes and a teary face she replied quietly, “you're welcome, but please, take care of my little Sunshine.” and with that she turned returning the hood to its former place and walked quietly into the shadows of the dark moonless night.

Hello my kittens, fair warning I may get some things wrong because I don't have Netflix anymore so I'm relying on memory and friends,  hope you like it. This has been AngelHeartSunGoddess over and out.  <{^U^}>
