Klaus saw Henrik and Zyanya walk into the building he and Elijah called home he stared then smiled at the two and welcomed them with a hug then wrapped his arms around their shoulders and gave them a tour of the castle like building.... Henrik was introduced then sent off with a servant named Trevor to get ready for Klaus' birthday party whilst walking with Trevor Henrik was stopped by Elijah who thought that his brother had come on his own for the first time ever since he did not see the WOMAN he wanted to see.... don't get me wrong he loved when his brother visited them but he was also surprised to see Henrik without Zyanya.... Elijah stole his brother away from Trevor and spent the next few hours with him catching up and asking about the woman Henrik affectionately calls his "aunt".... for people who ask about what sort of relationship he has with her.... Henrik never let it slip that Zyanya did come but he also figured that Elijah would have guessed that she might be with their brother.... which it seems he did not.... once they were alone Klaus stared at Zyanya with a corner smirk on his face holding a golden goblet of red wine in his hand "you know my dear brother Elijah has planned a birthday party for me it wouldn't be wise for me to walk into such a event hungry"  Klaus teases Zyanya playfully smiles "you'll have to catch me first!"  he grins and chases her throughout the building leading her towards his bedroom as he chases her listening to her soft laughter as she jogged on ahead of him.... he knew that she could run faster than she was ESPECIALLY in her usual pants outfit.... it was very rare to see her in a dress though she did always dress beautifully for the right occasion.... Klaus was curious as to why she jogged in such a way it was almost as though she wanted to get caught.... when he did reach her he gently gripped her arm and spun her around his body was excited and aroused by her and how she looked and the way she looked at him without fear and a gorgeous smile his vampiric side showed as her body spun to face him and their eyes met "Niklaus!!"  Zyanya says with breathless softness and instead of his teeth marking her neck his lips met hers and the "fun" began using his vampiric speed Klaus moved the two of them into his room ripping her clothes off her body as he kissed and drank from every inch of her as her skin became exposed pushing her onto his bed with a smile he made love to her.....

As Elijah played the gracious host to the birthday festivities he could have sworn he heard familiar soft laughter come from somewhere inside the building his ears perked at the sound and a small corner smile slid up his lips as he listened to her soft footfalls and laughter with his vampiric hearing.... he did not however hear what happens AFTER Klaus catches her for at that time his eyes met Katerina's and everything else was forgotten that is until Klaus and Zyanya walk into the room side by side then part Zyanya walking over to meet Henrik and Klaus walks towards him and Katrina.... once Klaus "stole" Katrina's attention from him Elijah headed in the direction he saw Zyanya walk "you look absolutely stunning!"  he says softly to her once he reaches her and his youngest brother Zyanya turns and smiles at him then says "thank you Lijah, Klaus "made" me wear it! apparently my usual pants and a shirt did not suit such an event as this!"  he chuckles.... Elijah spends the rest of the night with Zyanya and Henrik while Klaus courts Katrina "don't worry he fed from me before entering the room she should be safe"  Zyanya assures Elijah who looks somewhat relieved but part of him still worried about Katerina "he won't hurt her! he NEEDS her! and he knows better!.... besides we both know that he is always on his best behavior when I'm around"  she adds he chuckles and says with a smile "that is true!"  she tilts her head and looks into his eyes while placing her hand in his "Elijah!?!"  she says softly Elijah jumps slightly at the unexpected soft touch of her hand in his and he looks down at her as she moves her hand away thinking that he did not want her to do but in truth it was the opposite at this moment his heart was confused he loves her but is also in love with Katerina who reminds him of the first woman he has ever loved Tatia Zyanya on the other hand didn't truly understand the emotion she knew she felt for Klaus and Elijah she also knew that with how Elijah feels about the woman he just met it would be wrong to act on what she feels for him and even worse after what she and Klaus did before entering the ballroom
