<Lucy's pov>

After that day, I started to open up to Levy more. I knew it wouldn't be fair for me to keep all my feelings to myself. If I did, not only would I suffer but would make others suffer too. They would know how I feel but not be able to do anything about it. I know how that feels all too well.

~_~_~_~_~Flash Back~_~_~_~_~_~

<Lucy/Delia's pov>

Come on Luna~chan lets go play with the flowers!" I cheer as I grab Luna's hand and dash towards the flower field.

We spent the whole day running around picking beautiful flowers to give to our parents.

We made flower crowns and bracelets. And danced around like the 7 year olds we were. We stayed in that field till around sunset.

I decided to walk Luna home before going home myself. As we neared her house we saw some people gathered around the entrance.

"Can we help you?" I asked as I held Luna's hand tighter.

"Are you Luna Deliosa?" A women who looked like she was in her 30's asked.

"I am." Luna said nervously. The women slowly lowered her head as she said.

"I am sorry to inform you, but.." she took a deep breath before continuing. "Y-your parents were k-killed in a major battle in Liken"

I turned my head to face the shaken Luna. She looked terrified, her tears trickled down her face around her tiny cheeks and on too the hard pebble floor.

"Nooo!" She screamed. I tried to hug her, to comfort her, but she pushed me away. She ran inside her house and slammed the door.

Luna was my childhood friend, we did everything together, that was until her parents died on a mission. She isolated herself and wouldn't talk to anyone. She refused to eat or drink, and soon she became very sick. Even the best healers in the kingdom couldn't do anything to help her. I stayed by her side even though she wouldn't let me do anything to try and help. I was by her side when she died.

The saddest part is I knew she was suffering, but I could do anything about it. It was a horrible feeling and from that day fourth I promised to make sure no one would have to feel that way because of me.

"Merry Christmas Luce!" Natsu yelled as he ran over to me.

"Merry Christmas Natsu!" I cheered as I walked with him into the guild.

Everyone was drinking and eating a laughing. There were no arguments, which actually shocked me. It was a little strange seeing them like this. Even Gray wasn't stripping. I chuckled at the thought.

The day was filled with activities, food, and fun. I decided today was the day I show off one of my magics, without blowing my cover that is.

"Can everyone step outside for a moment?!" I asked.

Soon enough all 50 or so guild members were behind the guild looking at me. I have to admit it was a bit nerve racking.

"Ready everyone, look up!" I yelled as I combined my fire and ice angel magic to make epic fireworks! They looked a little like the ones at home. I smiled at the thought of Home but then brushed it off as I made more fireworks and lit up the sky.

After 15 minutes I stopped. Everyone was cheering and clapping. I was a little surprised no one was questioning me on how I did it. That was until Natsu came over to me.

"Luce how did you do that!" He asked in amazement.

"I have been trying to learn a little fire magic and a little ice magic for tonight." I lied.

"Well it was amazing, I loved the one that looked like a dragon!" He stated. Classic Natsu, always thinking about dragons. If only he knew I could summon Igneel. He would be over the moon.

"Goodnight Natsu." I say as I start walking back home.

Once I arrive I take a quick shower and snuggle into my bed.

The next day on my way to fairytail I spot Natsu talking to Lissana next to a tree in a park. They looked happy, I thought as I kept on walking.

As I entered fairytail and walked over to the bar. Instead of being greeted by Mira, I was met with a different girl. She looked around Mira's age, she had black hair and cream colored skin.

"Good morning, may I ask where Mira is?" I asked.

"She's going on a mission with her siblings." She said. I nodded in in understanding.

"Ok, well can I get a strawberry milkshake?" I asked with a smile.

"Coming right up." She replied before turning around and making my milkshake.

While I waited I looked around the guild for things I could possible do today.

Levy had gone on a mission with Shadow Gear, at least that what I think it's called. Which left me the day to myself.

Maybe I could go to the nearby forest and train. It's been a while since I last did.

"Here you are." The girl said snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Thanks!" I said as I grabbed the milkshake and skipped out of the guild and towards the forest.

~_~_~_~_~Time Skip~_~_~_~_~_~

"Angel dragon, heavenly roar!" I yelled as I aimed my last attack on some trees, instantly knocking them down.

"That was a success." I say as I use my time arc magic to undo the damage to the forest.

With that I skip back home. To repeat my daily cycle, shower, food and bed.

Today I woke up later than normal. So I quickly brushed down my hair and put my favorite outfit on. Then ran off to the guild.

When I arrived I didn't hear the normal laughing and cheers of the guild. Instead I hear sobs and cries. I rushed in to find, everyone crying. Even Elfman, the man who's manly, was crying the most. What happened?!

I spotted Levy sulking in the corner. So I quickly dodged my crying guild mates and made my way to Levy.

"Uh Levy." I said as I gently tapped her shoulder. "What's going on, why is everyone crying?!" I asked.

"It's Lissana, she's....gone."
