Prove myself pt 2

"3!"

"Start"

I got into a fighting stance staring Libra straight in the eyes. I've seen her fight before but I don't wanna under-estimate her. She didn't look like she was going all out.

"Gravity Shift!" Libra chanted with a smirk. Next thing I knew I was being crushed into the ground unable to move.

'Shit how am I supposed to get out of this, I don't know the removal spell.' I shot a glare at her as my body continued to squish it's self on the ground.

"Star Dragon: Divine!" I said tapping into my dragon force. I felt the pressure begin to weaken.

"Get up Bella! You got this!" I heard a familiar voice yell from the booth. I turn my head up to see Rough, Sting, Delia and the others at the edge of their seats chearing me on.

"I can't lose, not when their counting on me." I say as I gather all my strength and stand up.

When I got to my feet the pressure had nearly faded. The spell is probably a hard one to keep activated at that strength. Which means, she'll be weaker in a fight.

"Star Dragon sacred arts: Star void!" I yelled, a smirk appeared on my face as the attack grew. This was one of my strongest attacks, a sphere of light that grew by sucking up magic power.

"Ughhhh!" I heard Libra yell in pain as her magic energy started to drain.

"It's over for you sweetheart" I say with a smirk.

"No! I have to win, my guild is counting on me!" She said weakly. "Dafini!"

I watched in confusion as she began to glow a light yellow. In the blink of an eye yellow light spread through the entire arena, blinding everyone for a second.

My eyes went wide in shock at what I saw. Libra was standing in a new outfit made up of combat boots, dark green pants and a black tee. He hair was now in a bun and her face had 2 black paint lines cutting across her cheeks. The thing that shocked me the most was that my spell was gone.

<Delia>

My eyes went wide in horror. Bella was wining the fight until Libra went all out. I knew she seemed familiar. That's Libra Marie. One of the 4 goddesses of Izenbolt.

"She doesn't stand a chance." I muttered under my breath. Sting and Rough's heads shot towards me. "Bella, she doesn't stand a chance."

"What do you mean doesn't stand a chance?" Sting questioned confused.

"Levy, Draco you know who Libra is correct." I ask a stern expression held on my face.

"Libra Marie, on of the strongest mages of Izenbolt. One of the 4 goddesses, the goddess of Earth." Levy muttered.

"My sister in law" Draco muttered shock plastered on his face.

"The foop!" Levy shouted staring intently at Draco.

"Back when I was in the dragon realm my father had arranged a marriage for me. Libra Marie, was chosen to marry me. You see the king of Izenbolt and my father had some turmoil in the past that was resurfacing. It was either me marry Libra or my country goes to war. We had agreed to have a 6 month 'test run' to see if the marriage would work out. Everything was going smoothly till around the 4th month when Libra was caught kissing my brother. It turns out they were secretly dating the entire time. So my father agreed that it would be ok if my brother took my place instead. Around 5 years ago they got married. Before she moved away with my brother she spent a considerable amount of time in the palace. And I got to fight her. Out of the 5 times we fought. She won 4."

"Now you understand." I sighed looking at the arena intently. "Bella doesn't stand a chance."

<Bella>

What's this strength, her magic waves suddenly intensified. I don't know if I can win with just my Star dragon magic. I might have to use it.

I looked intensely into Libra's eyes searching for any signs of movement.

"Star Dragon: Black out!" I yelled using one of my stronger attacks.

A dark sphere surrounded the arena and all that was left was complete darkness.

"Star Dragon sacred arts: starry eyes!" My eyes began to fog up a bit as the spell took effect.The black out and starry eyes combo is one of my strongest ones. It puts me and my opponent in a sphere of complete darkness and then starry allows me have basically night vision goggles.

"Your mine!" I say rushing straight ahead to Libra who still hasn't moved a muscle.

"Star Dragon: Claw!" I yelled aiming my attack at her stomach.

"Gravity Shift!" I heard Libra yell grabbing my arm and tossing me back.

"Aughhh!" I yelled as the pressure in my arm built. The rest of my body was unharmed yet she pin pointed her attack to my arm. Just who is she.

"Pressure Escape!" Libra said staring in my direction yet not looking me directly in the eyes.

A weird sensation shot though my arm. Immense pain followed, my arm felt like it was trying to expand like it was a giant ballon that was slowly filling with air.

"Give up, before you lose an arm." Libra said slowly walking towards me. All I could do was scream as the pain grew and grew. I could feel myself getting weaker as the pain increased. My spell deactivated when Libra had reached me.

"Give up now!" She said slowly reaching her arm down to tap my other arm which was now resting on my slowly expanding arm. This last attack, it's all I have strength for. Please work.

"Star dragon..." I whisper slowly lowering my arms and lifting my head. "Roar!" I yell aiming it straight at her stomach.

I smirked as a ear piercing boom went of in front of me. Not more then a second later the pain in my arm disappeared.  I slowly stood up awaiting my victory. I did it, I proved myself.

"Nice try sweetheart."

No! I whipped my head around to see Libra, her body in a mud like form slowly putting itself back together and solidifying.

"H-how?" I said falling to my knees. Tears streamed down my face as I landed on my side. My eyes slowly blinking taking longer and longer to open. And then it went dark.

Srry it took me so long to get this chapter out. I will try and do more frequent updates from here.
