Chapter 1 - Candyfloss

"Shanel! Hurry up!!" I shouted at her whilst sat on my living room couch

Shanel was taking 1000000 of years to get ready this morning, we decided to go on a little shopping spree as it was my birthday last week and her's was only a month ago.

"I'm ready now! Calm the frick-frack down" she said whilst galloping down the stairs.

I do love my best friend! She is honestly crazy but I suppose we both are which makes us a good team!

"So, where do you wanna go first?" I asked my looney best friend as we got off the train.

"Errrrm, let's go to hollister! I wanna smell the new spray!" Shanel replied exitedly.

"Okay! let's go!" we both trotted off towards hollister.

I was staring to feel glad that I'd worn my shorts as it was getting hot, today I was wearing my black crop top, my oversized shirt on top and my denim-y shorts. Shanel was wearing her new Nike Air Force shoes that she got for her birthday; I loved them! I was concidering buying some but I got some black and white vans instead, vans are really comfy anyway!

Once we'd finished doing our shopping; having spent most of my money we decided to go to Starbucks and sit down for a bit.

I ordered my usual; a vanilla cream with a shot of rasberry (Which makes a candyfloss flavour drink)

And Shanel ordered a caramel frappè, we went and sat down at a table near the corner of room where there were enough seats for five but only two of us; Starbucks was packed today so it was the only seats left.

As we sat down I got a text from my mum;

*text*

Hi love, as you know I'm down seeing your auntie now in her new house; the trains are down so I won't be able to get back until Monday, your home alone for a few days; do you want to invite Shanel round and a few more people? Please just don't have any more than 5-6 people in the house. I want it spotless when I get back!

"Shanel my mums stuck with my auntie and all the trains are down, she said you and a few others can stay at mine for a few days, ask your mum... should I invite Hallie aswell?" I asked Shanel

"Yeah! Invite her, we can get some popcorn and sweets and have a movie night!" She squeeled

"It's a plan!" I said whilst texting my friend Hallie.

"Excuse me beautiful but are these seats taken?" A deep welsh accent spoke from behind me...
