There is no telling when the disease first spread. The sickness held no prejudice of status, nor age, and spread with haste around the kingdom. There seemed to be no break from the chaos — Physicians could not heal a plague of this degree; In fact, eventually distancing themselves completely in fear of being infected. Those caught by the affliction were quarantined into a lesser district by order of the council. Rumors began to spread at the same rate as the plague itself, many believed the source to be the outsider, and accusations were more harsh within the safer regions of the Royal Castle.

The Royal Council was rallied to debate the next course of action; a quarantine may be a temporary solution, but true resolve must be met to ensure the safety of the populace.

King Tiberius sits with uneasy posture atop the throne. He was forced to understand the meaning of responsibility at a young age, but the title of king was overbearing for the young adult. "The council is now in session," he announced to the courtyard. Five staircase led to separate boxes spread around the courtyard; the one far left of the king had been vacant since Tiberius was crowned. "Our first order of business is the plague; do any districts have a resolve?" He asked the council.

The herald knocked on the ground with the King's scepter -- Initiation an open council. Atop the balconies it seemed all of the district representatives were shy of a solution.  Confident, and seemingly methodical motions took over representative Daomed, as he gracefully stood from his chair.

"Our top physician claims he can heal anyone who have yet entered the final stages of the plague," he broadcasts with his hands stretched outward. "Even an infant was cured," Daomed boasts the youngest age to his audience.

"Today we will eradicate the plague. Our people will be freed from the icy grasp of death." The astounded King stands from his throne. "We must not wait a second longer. Send your healer to the Labor District immediately," he commands.

"Your blind faith is unsettling," another council-member; Dathrien approached the podium of his balcony. "Surely we place this matter upon the Gods, for it is their responsibility to be just." He spoke with passionately concerning words.

"We cannot waste another moment discussing," King Tiberius spoke.
