Y/n was still sleeping as she heard the door close making her ears flicker. She continued to enjoy her sleep until an alarm woken her slumber self. She quickly sat up and looked at the clock seeing that it was 8:52 AM meaning that she had an hour to prepare until she leaves which is at 10:00 AM. Y/n turned the annoying alarm off and let her legs hang on the side of the bed as she still tried to fully wake up, she took a deep breath and let it out as she stood up and stretched. "I thought someone was in the house... I mean I heard the door open," stated the young y/a.

She tilted her head as she slowly made her way in the direction of the door. Hearing footsteps she immediately turned over to the direction she had heard them.

"Hello?" she called out.

nobody answered as the house just fell in silence. She sighed and stood up as her body was slightly in pain from her movements. She started work, the problem was if she could manage as being a mother of two children's was a bit complicated. As the young mother had prepared herself for her new job she then heard another footstep that was near the bathroom.

"Shadow?" she asked yet no response.

Her ears flickering it was instinct as she slowly took the knife from the holder that held the kitchens utensils. Slowly making her way there she looked at the door of the bathroom. Taking a deep breath she slowly turned the knob and barged in screaming.

"ALRIGHT I CAUGHT YOU RED HAND-" she was cut off as she saw the silver-white furry creature in her bathroom screaming with a high pitch voice.

"silver?"

"AHHHhhooohhhh hey there y/n," answered the innocent hedgehog who smiled at her as if he didn't just sneak inside the house.

"...WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"

"Okay! before you yell I just thought I should surprise you since you left the door open and al-"

"YEAH CREEP THAT DOESN'T EXCUSE YOU FOR S**-"

Suddenly as if it was just a dream both Silver and Y/n were sitting on the dinner table with a cup of tea in hand

"... soo" started Silver as he was looking down at the liquid he was given.

"Tell me the truth, why are you here?" Y/n asked as she took a small sip of her warm drink.

"to be fair I just wanted to take the time to talk to you about Sonic is all.."

"This is interesting... you don't like sonic much back in college though. What's your interest in his life now?"

"to be fair I still don't like Sonic, as much as I hate him I am still concern... wait so you don't know?" asked Silver.

As Y/n was confused she looked at the clock and looked back at silver.

"I only know that Sonic was dealing with work stress which is pretty much all I can tell you," she replied.

"Y/n its best if I talk to you when you aren't busy then, do me that as a friend?" he asked as he knew that she either had to leave to pick up the kids or start her new job.

Y/n nodded as she sighed having to wait for the information about Sonic some other time. She smiled at Silver as she stood up to get ready.

"I have a new job to help the family so maybe next Saturday you want to meet?" asked Y/n.

Silver smiled at her and stood up.

"can't wait to meet you again then... I'll need lots of help on this one after all." Silver said as he gently reached to hug her.

Her hugging back as this was silver indicating the event that he wanted to talk about. As she was close to Silver she knew that the poor hedgehog was going through lots of things at the moment when trying to help with expenses with his new love life and a decent lifestyle.

S/n was in class while he was looking at the paper below him. He simply just messed around with his pencil until lunchtime was called. Hear the miracle bell he immediately ran out towards the class where Damien was. He ran to the class and sat next to the young hedgehog that was not eating but doing his homework.

"Dark?" S/n asked as he looked at him.

"S/n..." said Damien in return.

His eyes were tired as the young man struggled to stay up. He smiled and held onto S/n's hand for comfort.

"Uncle Sonic needs to be saved which means you can be saved," Said S/n as he held tightly onto the hands of the young hedgehog.

"I should admit that an Elementary schooler shouldn't know these hard things before high school... I thought Mama... I saw kids around me who have a better family and I can't lie S/n I want that too... I'm a little upset and stressed out for my age..." He said as he was talking like a mature person.

S/n saw that as he knew that Damien was the mature type, but also the foolish type who would do anything to have fun with S/n. Sad as it was true he couldn't do much but share his lunch with the young man who barely had homemade food.

"I know you aren't on a diet... Nate said that if nobody is going to take care of you then I should take care of you too," Smiled the innocent young man.

S/n looking at his lunch box he took a piece of his food that his father had made and handed it over to Damien who looked at the food. Damien knowing that his friend was trying to help tried to eat the piece of rice. Trying to swallow it he tried to not throw it up as he didn't want to hurt his friend's feelings. On the other hand, D/n simply looked at the lunch box of food that her father had made. She ate small pieces and sighed as she looked across her seeing nobody on her table. She then stood up and walked towards the trash, throwing away the food she looked away and headed back to her classroom. Trying to make friends was hard for her as most of the students liked having people in their group rebel against the school. She didn't want to rebel though sometimes she wants to also prove to herself that she can make friends with other people. So once more she tried talking to someone. Seeing a student who recently moved she smiled as she wanted to be friends with them. She tried heading over until a couple of other students had come in contact with her. She was late once again to make a new friend.

"it's fine D/n I am just... too popular for people to even be my friend," D/n had stated as she sighed to herself.

D/n looked at herself and began to finish her homework as she let her head rest on the lunch table until the bell would ring to indict the students that its time to go back to class and finish the day.
