3 months later...
☆Anthony A.K.A Ant☆
Having triplets has been a lot of work, but I got used to it. Nayla has them during the day while I have then when I come home from the trap.
Our parents watch them when Nayla has stuff to deal with at the shop. I've been making more money cause we sure gon need it with five kids and plus I want more.
I'm not gon lie I haven't slept a good night in the past three months. The babies, school, and being at the trap have me busy like a motherfucker.
I'm thinking once the year is over I might get out the game and finish school that way I would have more time at home with my kids. I knew Nayla be tired too, but she not gone say nothing.
I'm also thinking about moving because if I want more kids its time for a bigger house. We gone need the extra rooms anyways. I just have to see what Nayla think about it.
☆☆☆☆☆☆"How was work?" She sighed taking off her clothes.
"Good, but I had to get rid of some people and hire new ones. With this expansion and merging coming up it'll be better and I won't have to go in all the time." I nodded.
"When will everything be finished?"
"Maybe in the next three to four months because I found the building, but it had to be checked by code enforcement and shit. Then I can move on from there." She said walking in the bathroom. I followed right behind her.
"I was thinking maybe it's time we move."
"Why?"
"Cause we need the extra rooms and it's time we move anyways."
"What do your have in mind?"
"Maybe Oriole Estates. There's this 11 bedroom 10 1/2 bathroom house I seen that I think you might like." I said. She got quiet for a while. I just watched her shower.
"Okay we can do that, but after the expansion and everything is done. Did you talk to Todd about this place?"
"Nah I'll call him tomorrow so see if we can get a look at it."
"Alright that's fine with me."
☆Nayla A.K.A NayNay☆
He choses the right time to want to move. I know we gon need the room cause this four bedroom is getting cramped and I was going to talk to him about moving anyway.
Oriole Estates is where all the rich white people live. I know if we move then Mess gon want to move too. That's like an hour away from here. They have their own elementary, middle, high school, and university.
Nothing but CEO's, Doctors, Lawyers, Judges live in that area. Imagine being the only black people in the neighborhood. Mhm I just know they better not be racist or so shit don't pop off.
Knowing us we ready for whatever. Anyway the place has a community gym, shopping center, mall, every damn thing. You have to have money to live there.
Anthony want to move there shocked the shit outta me. But that was yesterday. Today we're going to see the house that he was talking about.
☆☆☆☆☆☆
"Hey Todd." I said hugging him.
"Hey Nayla. Where are the kids?"
"Anthony's mom has them for the day." He nodded.
"Wassup bruh?" They dapped each other up. I looked around liking what I was seeing. It was quiet, but you could see all the other houses around. This house was at the very back at the top.
"So tell me about this house." I said.
"Well it's a 3-story, 9000 sq ft house. It offers a heated pool and spa, elevator, theatre. Sleeps 24 very comfortably in all 11 bedrooms, 10 of which are master suites. The bedrooms are spread over all 2 stories. There are 10 full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The third floor is the master suite only. So you two will have the top floor to yourselves. The rooms with bathrooms in the suite have walk-in showers and tubs." I nodded.
"What about a laundry room?"
"There are 2 complete laundry rooms. One on the first floor and the other on the third floor. Also there are 2 kitchenettes as well as a full-size kitchen, so you don’t have to travel far to grab a snack or a drink. An elevator carries you within the house. Here is the summer kitchen on the ground floor." We looked at some of rooms in the house and I'm in love. We walked into the backyard.
"You have a fenced-in yard so that means you can watch the kids run around without them leaving from here. The heated pool or spa." He said pointing. Anthony not gone talk he just look and decides later.
"Balconies are on the second and third floors overlook the backyard and the neighborhood. Here is the gameroom on the ground floor. Where you can add a pool table, game systems, couches, tables and other things you might like. Then there’s the home theatre, with an 80” screen, SurroundSound and theatre-style executive seating." We were walking to the kitchen now.
"It has everything from a wine cooler and 6-burner range to 2 each of all the major appliances: refrigerators, sinks, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves. The space is designed for multiple chefs, and there is unlimited cabinet space. The dining room seats 20, with more space at the breakfast bar and 2nd floor balcony can fit a table that sits 6." I nodded looking at this nice ass kitchen.
"The community includes a clubhouse with gamerooms, a fitness center, and café. There are several outdoor heated pools, a spa, and even a children’s water playground."
"Well they can't go there just yet. We'll see." Todd nodded.
"What's the price?"
"$123.8 million." Well damn. Who they think gone be living here? Oprah? Bill Gates? Obama? No wonder nobody moved in since they built the place. I guess we can go half on it. Money ain't the issue, but zammmmmmmn! I looked over at Anthony. I knew he was thinking about it.
"How much is the mortgage?"
"$6,987." I nodded.
"Alright I love this house. We'll let you know if we want to buy the house by the two to three weeks."
"That's fine. You both have my number just let me know before its too late." He said. We said our goodbyes and headed home.

2 weeks later....
☆Nayla A.K.A NayNay☆
We decided to get the house! We going to pay the full price so we can call it ours. So no mortgage can I get an Amen.
Amen!
At first we were going to keep my house, but I decided we should just sale it or rent it out. Renting it out sounds better because trying to sale a house takes a lot of work.
I can't wait till we can move in. Hopefully everything goes through without a problem. If it does we bout to turn Oriole Estates up with a housewarming party.
