User screams extremely loud to the point that it takes away the hearing of all within a 80 meter range for 20-40 minutes user losses voice for next 30 minutes and gains a bad sore throat.
Extras
Quirk courses the user to laugh at a frequency that can only be heard by some animals (a silent laugh) this may be the same case for crying but we are not completely sure.
