I woke up drenched in sweat and all I could see was Jack, who was standing in front of me, sitting on a couch.

I knew that couch, it was my couch and my living room. It was my house.

Jack's eyes lit up when I woke up and smiled.

"I thought you wouldn't wake up this afternoon..."

I looked at the clock, it was 8:30 A.M. my parents wouldn't be back until noon.

"What are you doing here? What happened? I don't remember anything... only remember that I fell, I saw blood coming out of my head and from there I saw all fuzzy "

"You just fainted"

Jack drank a drink of water. Now he was without that leather jacket and I could see many of his tattoos by his arms thanks to his shirt.

"And what happened after I fainted? When was it exactly? "

"We went down to the hallway and then you fainted, all of a sudden"

"And why don't I have any other punches?"

I noticed you I a blanket on me. He would have put it on me while I was sleeping

"You thought I was going to let you get back on the floor? I slept on a stone bench for you! Taking you in the arms to the couch would be nothing weird"laughed Jack.

My cheeks burned. The tattooed pimp I had in front of me had taken my arms to leave me with a blanket on the couch.

"Where is everybody?"

"It's 8:34 A.M. The people went home last night when Adriana got mad because of a cheerleader and threw everyone out of the house. "

I was surprised.

"And what are you doing here? You didn't get kicked out? "

I noticed again in his bony knee, now it was not so white... would have gone to the beach?

Could he have been me watching the other day?

"Of course she threw me out, but I waited behind a garden tree to light her room and go to sleep in order to enter through the window"he pointed to the window that was open"Now I'll go, she's still sleeping , I just wanted to wait for you to wake up... there was so much blood that I worried "

"Wait... Have you been here all night waiting for me to wake up?"

Jack scratched his chin.

"Yes"

"Why? Why me? "

"I would have done it for any other person, wouldn't you?"

Jack rose from the couch putting on his leather jacket again.

What he said had hurt, I didn't know why and Jack noticed it.

"I didn't know the party was... at your home"

"Yes, well... The idea was not mine, was my sister, Adriana... I hate parties and more people come to my house, so I closed my room with a padlock"
