My Alice

I was roughly yanked out of the compartment by a pirate, many others surrounding me, and laughing at my state.

The pirate that yanked me out, which I assume was their captain, flung me over his shoulder and started giving out commands.

I thrashed in his hold, kicking and pounding his back.

"Let me go!!" I screamed at him

"Mmmmm...No."

He grunted as I kicked him in the stomach. Annoyed he gripped my sword wound, and squeezed it tightly.

"Ah! L-let go!"

"Will you stop?" He asked, still firmly squeezing it.

"Y-yes!"

He let go of my leg. And I let him carry me off, as he walked toward his ship.

"Grab anything ye desire and head back to the ship. Ye have 10 minutes!" The captain shouted, walking across a plank to his ship.

The ship was very clean and had a flag with a design of a sea monster, that was alive decades ago, and a skull with cross bones.

It swayed in the wind as he walked to a room on the boat.

Roughly, he dropped me on the ground, grabbing my face right after. He leaned in his lips only inches from my ear

"I have you and your kingdom right where I want them. You'd better be prepared, I will not show any mercy or remorse."

He got up, and walked out locking the small room in the process.

'Why...? Why...' I sobbed, looking out the small window. I thought about what my life could have been. But all those opportunities will vanish now.

All because of these... selfish pirates.

Getting up, and wiping my tears, I glanced out and peered at their ship. It was huge and actually really nice, for pirates.

There in the distance I saw three ships headed this way, I saw they had the crash of Shyra on them.

'I'm gonna be rescued!'

Seeing the ships filled me with hope until I saw the pirates starting to load cannons and steer the ship the other direction.

'No! No! Please no!'

I wanted to be rescued, but if that's gonna cause them all to be killed or injured it's not worth it.

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

"Boom"

The cannons went off, hitting ALL three ships, I could see all the people frantically trying to recover from the attack, but there ships were slowly sinking.

I could feel this ship slowly steer back to the other 3 ships, knowing they were sinking they probably wanted to grab whatever they could from them.

Once the ship got close to there's the pirates and guards/soldiers were fighting. A couple pirates died but mostly soldiers.

'They must have been trained well, especially to be able to defeat so many soldiers, without many losses.' I thought to myself.

As I zoned out watching the scene before me I saw that captain again, and what I saw horrified me, he started torturing the soldier/captain of the other ship, killing him off slowly. When the pirate stopped he made eye contact with me and smirked.

I slid back down to the floor, and buried my face in my knees.

I sobbed, this is all my fault. I don't deserve to be happy and now I'm being punished for trying.

I continued crying only to hear a door unlock and open, it then shut once again.

I looked up to see the face I didn't want to see. He was covered in blood of many soldiers.

"Miss me?" He smirked.

I tried to compose myself, "...No! Your ruining my life! You mine as well just kill me!" I screamed at him.

Ive had enough, I was trying to sound like I held authority even tho I very much knew the situation I was in, but I honestly didn't care anymore.

His eyes widen and his eyebrow raised as he chuckled.

However that changed when his eyes suddenly turned dark as he slammed me against the wall

"Don't talk to me like that, or maybe I'll consider doing worse like torturing you. The kind of death you wanted is fast. But I'll make it as slow and painful as I can, I'll do more than just stabbing you in the leg." He threatened coldly.

I stared at him in shock.

"Understand?"

I nodded quickly whimpering as I felt his nail digging into my wrists that were restrained against the wall.

He let go, and got up, leaving me a mess.

"I'll be back. Don't you even think of trying anything." He threatened, slamming the door.

??? POV——

I stared at her scared expression after I had threatened her. And I loved it.

Smirking, I got up, threatening her once again, I left.

I narrowed my eyes and thought to myself.

A little bit feisty, but with the cutest scared expressions, that I cause her.

I'd love to see those expressions of hers forever.

I shook my head. 'No, no, this is business. Nothing else'

We are going to negotiate with the kingdom, and that is all.

Although us pirates do like to play dirty.

"My best friend. My lover. My everything is gone. The only person who made me feel like I wasn't just some royal, but like I was normal. I feel lost without her." I whispered to myself.

I was sitting on a sofa in a large living room, across a fire place with my face buried in my hands.

"Knock-knock"

"Come in" I said weakly.

"Your majesty.. I have very unfortunate news to inform you."

I looked up at him, worried.

"We have not heard back from the three ships we sent out. It is safe to assume they've been abolished by the pirates. We sent out a backup ship, but they found bodies and other things floating around. There was however 1 survivor amongst them all."

I slammed my fish down on the table informant of me

"Dammit!"

The Butler stood in the doorway, awaiting further instructions, after a few minutes I turned to him and told him that I would see and question the survivor shortly.

"I will find you... My Alice."
