With a feeling of optimism I sat on the wooden bench laid for the customers and ordered tea. Its owner was still in his melodious world. After some time he served the tea with an amicable smile.
“Are you in search of someone?” asked the owner looking at my attire. “Yes, of Naga Baba,” I replied in a warm tone. This was the only conversation I had with him as after that he snatched my cup of tea and kicked me out which was rather eccentric. I tried to talk to the native people but hearing Babas name was only enough for them to ignore me.
With a moaning face I went to my guide who was now awake and was having his breakfast. From him I learnt that Naga Babas are considered the black side of Lord Shiva so it was better not to talk about them.
