Mr & Mrs. Wolf

Part Four

{Hey everyone, I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, school has been crazy. I'm going to try my hardest to keep updating, but it might be hard. Once again I'm sorry for not updating enough. Xx}

Standing outside of The Woodland Luxury Apartments, Bigby looks up at the illuminated building. He opens the large gate outside of the facility and walks inside, the gate shuts behind him. 

Walking towards the door, Bigby sees a sigh on the grass, he walks up to the sign to see it says 'STAY OFF THE GRASS'. 

"Snow can sometimes be a disciplinarian..." Bigby whispers to himself. He continues walking towards the building but stops when he hears the bushes shake. He turns around to face where the noise came from, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Come on out," He says. From behind a tree, Beauty steps out, "alright... alright..." she says. 

"Beauty," Bigby says surprised. Stepping over the bushes, she greets the Sheriff, "Hello, Bigby. I wasn't expecting anyone... I know this looks a little odd."

Bigby cuts her off, "why'd ya hide when I walked up?"

"Well, I didn't know who it was. You can't be too careful these days."

"No, you can't."

Beauty looks down at her watch, "damn it, I'm late" she begins to walk away. Beauty stops right in front of the gate, "please, Bigby... promise me you won't tell Beast you saw me" she says turning back to face him, "he worries too much as it is and...  it would just make my life a lot easier."

"Sure," Bigby says, uncrossing his arms. 

"You promise?" 

"I promise"

"Thank you, Bigby. I'll explain it all to you later. I will, but I have to go. Thank you... for trusting me. Really. I appreciate it, Bigby" Beauty opens the gate and walks down the street, to whatever secret she's hiding. 

Bigby walks into the apartment build. Sitting at the desk, a man lays fast asleep. Bigby walks up to the man, "hey... you awake?" the man just snores in response. "Hm. Probably for the best"

Bigby walks towards the mailbox, knowing (Y/N) she would have been too lazy to check if they got any mail. "Been a while since we got any mail." Bigby opens the mailbox to find it empty, "seventh day in a row." Bigby walks towards the Woodland Directory Board, as he looks he notices his and (Y/N)'s name tag had fallen off again, he looks down to see it on the floor, Mr. & Mrs. Wolf. "Damn thing fell off again," he says annoyed.  Bending down Bigby picks up the name tag, sticking it back on the board, Bigby sighs, "how much longer is this gonna go on?"

Bigby walks to the elevator and presses the button, the doors open and he walks in pressing the button to go to his floor. The sound of footsteps interrupts the silence in the lobby. Running down the stairs is Beast. Looking around the lobby he sees Bigby in the elevator. 

"Bigby! Hey! Wait up."  Beast walks towards the elevator and stops the doors from closing. "Have you seen my wife? Have you seen Beauty?" 

Bigby thinks about whether or not he should tell Beast he saw Beauty. "Nope. Haven't seen her," he says, lying to Beast.

"Oh. Okay. Sorry to bother you. Damn it... something's going on." Beast walks away to go look for his wife, the doors of the elevator close taking Bigby up to his floor.
