okay so no one has actually ever asked me these questions, but I'm putting them up here to explain myself.

Q: What happened to Jude?

Jude was a severely underdeveloped character with so much potential, but in my haste with nanowrimo, was slaughtered. I plan eventually to write him a better storyline, but until then I'm sticking with the fact that Jude went up to see his parents and met a girl up there. He came back down for a few days to see how Levi was doing and then travelled back and forth between the two houses for weeks until realizing that the girl was the most amazing thing in his life and decided to leave Levi alone just after Levi's eighteenth birthday. Mystery solved.

Q: Was that really the end?

Yes, that was really (kind of) the end. I was so sick of that story by the end of it, which I know is something you never want to hear from an author, but I was trying to balance school and writing a thousand words a day and it was so overwhelming. When I saw that I was dangerously close to my nanowrimo goal, I saw my oppurtunity and ended it. It's not the ideal place, but it gives you the chance to create your own ending for Elizabeth.

Q: Yo, whatever happened to Damian?

Because I love Damian dearly as a character (he was also painfully underdeveloped; his character was portrayed just as his illness and he was so much more than that in my head), I choose to believe that he got better. But if you wish to inflict more tragedy on my main character, I suppose you could believe he got even worse and decided to kill himself again, this time being more successful.

Got any more questions? Good, because these were not real ones. Feel free to ask any in the comments.
