Charlie's POV

I woke up with tear stained cheeks and a soaked pillow. Leo was lying next to me peacefully sleeping, or so i thought.

"Baby, why are you crying?" Leo asks.

Shit he's awake.

"N-n-nightmare." I stuttered in response.

"C'mere, you look like you could do with a cuddle." He replied opening his arms for me.

I crawled into his embrace and put my head on his chest.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked me cautiously.

I nodded.

"I-it was kinda like a flashback of what happened yesterday." I said.

"It's okay baby, I've got you and i won't let anything or anyone hurt you. You're safe now." He replied sympatheticly.

"Promise?"

"I promise."

And with that i fell back to sleep safely in his arms.
