Alex POV

It was the day of my first date. The day before, the girls dragged me to the mall to get new outfits, despite my attempts of saying that the amount of clothes I have right now, can be worn by atleast a hundred people. But no, the HAD to get me a new outfit.

Since that night when I kissed Harry, Remi was nowhere to be seen. She won't pick up her phone, won't reply to my texts, nothing. I asked Niall if she was ignoring him too, but he just says that the talk almost every single minute of everyday. Huh, weird, since she keeps dodging my calls.

I feel like she's drifting say from me. Now that she's got the most popular guy in the world as her boyfriend she just let me go as if I were never in her life, as if she never knew me.

I told this to Harry. I told a couple days ago actually. He said-

"I'm not the best person at giving advice about relationships of any kind," he continued, "that's Liam's department. He handles these things really well. But I will say something about Remi, I don't want to be mean but, she never seemed...right to me."

"I think you're just being over-protective of Niall, Harry. It's okay, I've known Remi for two years, I take her responsibility." I assured him, "But I think she's drifting away from me..."

When I said that, he put his arm around me and made me believe that everything was going to be alright.

On the day of the date, I didn't wear anything fancy. The girls told me to put on my best dress, but I decided to go informal.

"In the end it is your wish," Perrie said after trying to convince me a million times to wear something formal.

I wore white capris along with a cute black shirt-like thing. I'm not the best at describing clothes, I'm...well...not much of a fashion person.

I looked at myself in the mirror, and applied just a tad bit of mascara and a tinge of lipgloss. I really didn't want to put layers of make-up on me that night.

I went downstairs and saw Harry waiting alone near the door for me

"You gave 'don't need make-up to cover up' a whole new meaning. You look beautiful," he said kissing my forehead.

"Thank you, Harry. You look quite charming yourself,' I tried saying in a fake british accent. He was wearing informal clothes too. He wore his regular jeans with a white shirt, and he had his blue blazer in his hand.

"Ooo, picking up the accent are we?" he added, "Shall we?" he took my arm in his and we headed out to his car.

We went in his convertible, BMW. Since it was just the two of us.

"So, where are we going?" I asked him.

"Somewhere," he said.

"You do know where you're taking me right?"

He laughed, "Yes, I do, love."

We went near the mountains and started to ascend upwards. I looked up in the sky and saw some really dark and heavy clouds. Looked like it was going to rain, hard.

"Are we going to stay in the open?" I asked Harry.

"You'll know when we got there," he continued, "Why?"

"It looks like there's a storm coming this way," I said.

He leaned above and took a look and the sky, Harry cussed under his breath.

Harry stopped the car in the middle of the road. There was no one else over there besides us so we weren't causing any traffic.

"Why'd we stop?" I asked. "Are we here?"

"No, I need you to wear this," he said taking out a blindfold.

"No, Harry, I don't think this is necessary," I protested. But he insisted and made this really sad puppy-dog face that he knows I couldn't resist. So, I let him put it on me.

I can't really describe  the rest of the ride, since I couldn't see anything, except the fact that as we went on in the road, it started getting colder by the minute.

After about twenty minutes or something we came to a stop.

"We're here," Harry said. I started taking off my blindfold but he stopped me, "Wait, just for a little while, I promise."

He helped me out of the car and took me a few steps forward. It suddenly got warmer, I felt a a sudden burst of heat on my face.

Harry took off my blindfold. It was most prettiest thing ever.

"Harry..." I trailed off, "I don't know what to say...this is..."

He just looked at me and smiled, and put his arms around my waist.

We were on a bridge, not only a bridge, the bridge had candles lit on each side of it. And if you looked a faraway, you could see the city lights and the sun setting in the horizon. But that view didn't stay for long...

Suddenly, dark clouds came over our heads and it started drizzling.

"Oh, shit," Harry said, as he saw the candles get blown away by the wind and rain.

Then the rain came down hard.

A/N: Harry actually did that for his gf once, he set candles on a bridge for her, but she never came because it was too dark out side :(.... that's the reason why I used that in this scene :)
