As everyone heads back to the Lucky Cat Café, you quietly ask him if you guys could talk. Hiro smiles and tells everyone else to go head back.

"Is everything okay?" Hiro quickly asks with a look of concern on his face. You grin a little bit at his concern, but you shake your head no.

"I just wanted to ask you to not tell anyone about my...scars." You end the sentence with a pained voice, and Hiro looks at you. He grabs your hands and says, "You know no one will judge you, right? You can trust us with anything."

You smile weakly, "I know they won't judge me. It's just...I don't think I'M ready. You saw how I reacted when only one person them saw...it." Hiro sighs but smiles at you, "okay. But when you're ready, everyone will support you. But for now, I'm hungry! Let's get some donuts at Aunt Cass's!" You laugh at his childish excitement and talk and walk with him the rest of the way back to the café.

     Time Skip

"Why don't you stay over for dinner? You just HAVE to try Aunt Cass's spicy chicken wings! Go and ask your parents!" Hiro asks while wipes away frosting on his mouth with his sleeve. You roll your eyes at him. "My parents won't mind me staying over for dinner."

     "How do you know that?"

"...just trust me! I know my parents better than anyone! They don't mind me coming home late. But shouldn't you ask Aunt Cass?" Hiro smiles widely and rushes towards Aunt Cass, almost tripping over his feet in his excitement. You laugh a little while he asks Aunt Cass completely ignoring the tired customer next to him. You stare at the sunset and drift back into your thoughts thinking about how your parents would react to this.

They'd probably be ecstatic that I'm gone for a little longer, you bitterly think. Hiro comes bounding over and yells out, "you can stay at Hiro's almighty house for Aunt Cass's almighty spicy chicken wings!" You roll your eyes at his silliness but can't stop the smile spreading across your face at his cuteness.

"Lets go! Lets go! Lets go!" Hiro grabs your hand and desperately tries to get you out of the chair. You seemed to be laughing and smiling a lot that day with Hiro, so you stood up, brushed off non-existent dust, and followed Hiro to the back and up the stairs. When you finish the first set of stairs, a fat cat comes over and rubs its body on your legs. You crouch down and pet the cat. "What's your name, cutie pie?"

"That's Mochi. He's a Japanese Bobtail cat. He's very friendly." Hiro comes down halfway the second set of stairs after realizing you weren't with him. You scratch underneath Mochi's chin before standing up and climbing the second set of stairs. You enter a room and see a bedroom that's very messy. Of course it's a messy room. Have you looked at his hair? You look around and see a single shoe on the floor. Where's the other shoe? You also see a messy desk and a bot clock.

"Welcome to my humble abode! This is where I sleep."

"...how do you live in here? You need to clean up." You walk to his desk and spot a curious looking helmet. You gingerly pick it up and inspect it.

"A super scanner? What would you even need it for? It doesn't even fit your head." You place the helmet back on the desk and look at an idea's blueprint he left on his desk. Rockets that are supposed to fit in a super big rocket fist. Too big for a human.

"The super scanner is for my..uh..friend! And the blueprint is for that same friend." You narrow your eyes. He seems to be keeping something from you, but you sigh and sit down on his bed.

"I won't pry. After all, I won't tell about why I got it." You notice Hiro relax a little bit and you see a divider.

"What's the divider for?" You ask curiously. Hiro gulps, and you see him slump a bit before walking over and opening the divider revealing a bed, a bookcase filled with..books, an empty closet, and a drawer. Which you assume is empty.

"My brother used to sleep there. He loved books a lot." Hiro sighed before closing the divider and switching to a different topic.

"Do you like gummy bears?" You look at him in bewilderment as a bag of gummy bears seemingly appeared out of nowhere. "Of course I like gummy bears. Who doesn't?" He smiles widely and the gap between his teeth made him seem younger and happier. He opens a drawer in his desk and pulls out a bag of gummy bears. A LARGE bag of gummy bears. You're starting think he has a bit of a obsession with gummy bears. He tosses it to you and you open it and pop a gummy bear in your mouth. He unplugs his laptop from the charging cable and brings it over and sits down, placing the purple and red laptop on his...well...lap.

"You wanna watch a movie while waiting for Aunt Cass to finish the chicken wings?" Hiro asks. You beam a smile at him and nod your head up and down almost violently. He smiles and puts a gummy bear in his mouth. You move further down the bed and lay on your stomach. Hiro does the same and asks what kind of movie you want to watch. You shrug your shoulders and he picks Pacific Rim. After getting 30 minutes into the movie, you hear Aunt Cass calling you guys down. You rush down the stairs. You smell the spice, and you almost die of happiness.

"I hope you're ready to have your face melted off!" Aunt Cass excitedly says. You grin at her and take a seat at the dinner table, "I was born and raised around spicy foods. I got two chinese parents who love spicy food and take me to China annually. I'm PREPARED to have my face burned off." She grins at you and Hiro takes a seat next to you, "I bet that you can't have 3 chicken wings without a drink during dinner."

"And if I do eat 3 chicken wings without a drink during dinner?" You raise your left eyebrow. He thinks for a minute before grinning evilly, "if you can manage to do it, you can have the rest of my gummy bears, if you can't, you give me your gummy bears." You let out a sarcastic gasp, "Me? Give up my gummy bears? It's on!" You laugh and lightly punch his arm.

"Just eat, you crazy kids!" Aunt Cass scolds, but you don't miss the hint of a smile on her face. You're about to dig into your wings before Aunt Cass exclaims, "WAIT! I have to take a picture!" She runs off and comes back with a camera. "Smile!" You put your arm around Hiro's neck and shoulder and he does the same and you both smile widely. She snaps the picture and you guys separate yourselves and eat.

"Wow! These are really really spicy!" Your face is heating up to crazy temperatures and your tongue is burning like a dragon decided to blow fire across your tongue, searing it, after only eating one. Hiro smirks at you, but when you smirk back, his smirk drops, "too bad I've had stuff that's spicier and have had two bowls of it basically for three months in China."

In the end, you somehow ate 5 of the delicious, spicy wings without a drink. After dinner, you drank a whole glass of milk.

"Give me the gummy bears, Hiro. It was part of the bet." You grab for his gummy bears, but he sprints off screaming, "NEVEEERRR!!!!" You let out a war cry and chase after him all around the house, movie forgotten and stomachs full.
