But she couldn't get the meaning.
I gave him hints that I'm not okay,
But he couldn't get the meaning.
I'm too prude to ask for help,
I can't get it for myself.
I cover my scars,
Can't let them bleed.
Put up a smile,
They shan't see.
Music fills my mind,
I let it sink.
'Cover girls don't cry after the face is made.'
I blinked back my tears.
'You don't have to change a thing the world can change its heart.'
