Apologizing to the fucking red necks is literally the worst thing. Apologizing to Daryl is easy but when it comes to Merle then you might as well die.
"Look Merle I said I was sorry." I said rolling my eyes. "Maybe you did but I still want an apology kiss." Merle said taking a step closer. I crossed my arms. "You want more than a fucking kiss Merle." I said through my teeth so I wouldn't yell. Merle smirked and shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe I do three times the charm after all." Merle said. I growled and narrowed my eyes. "Wait you kissed him?" Daryl asked.
"The first time he would have been eaten if I hadn't, the second kiss was to get him to leave me alone." I explained as I rolled my eyes. Daryl looked satisfied. "I see, so you only kissed him cause he tricked you into it." Daryl stated. I sighed. "One may put it that way." I said glaring at Merle.

Many days have past. We had to fight the governor, Merle got bit and Daryl put him out of his misery, The governor killed Hershel and Beth. Now we are on the road again. Walkers have been following us for days but Rick won't let me kill them off, he has this feeling that we are being watched. We found water in the middle of the road but we left it. I didn't understand, they need water and Judith needs food. Daryl kept going off alone, one time I smelt burning flesh. Just then as if it was a miracle, it started to rain. Thunder sounded, lighting struck, rain poured, but we couldn't stay out there so we are now in a barn, with some guy from a place called Alexandria. He says that Alexandria is a safe place. He brought pictures. I scoffed at him when he said he was sorry the pictures weren't that good. "Listen, we don't give a fuck about the pictures, we care about surviving, this Alexandria, will make us soft." I said. Rick looked at me and Daryl nodded his head. "Maybe we should go, it'd be safe there. Think about Judith, Rick." Maggie said as Glenn agreed. "I am." Rick stated.
"You can't be serious Rick, we can't stay around this area you have to trust me." I pleaded. "I do trust you (y/n), but this may be the best choice." Rick said. Daryl scoffed. "Rick please." I said quietly. "Alexandria is secure nothing can get in unless we open the gate." The guy, Aaron, said. I scoffed for the hundredth time. "You better be quiet." Daryl threatened. "If your gonna go to Alexandria then I'm leaving." I said. "All you do is leave!" Carol exclaimed. "This isn't like all those other times Carol! I know what's going to happen! I can see what is coming! You are going to end up living in fear! You are going to end up dead!" I yelled. "Why don't you explain to us what's going on." Rick said calmly. Everyone was used to my outbursts by now and Rick knew how to handle it, but this time it was different. "I can't Rick, you just need to trust me." I said. My mind only had one name swirling around, consuming anything else.

Ricks POV:

She was scared. The fear was evident in her voice. You could see it in her eyes. I thought nothing scared her, but whatever it was she was to afraid to tell us. To tell me. Aaron was just tied to the chair confused. "Daryl take (y/n) outside to calm down, get some hunting done." I said. Daryl nodded and grabbed (y/n)'s hand. As soon as the door closed I turned back to Aaron.
I have to do what's best for the group, but what about (y/n)?

(Y/n) POV:

Daryl caught me a rabbit, and I was taking a few bites. My hands were shaky, my vision was somewhat blurry, and my footing was unsteady. That one name. A face I never wanted to see again. "You must think I'm going crazy." I said as I looked up from the rabbit to meet Daryl's eyes. "No. Your just scared of change, ya adapted to living out here like this ya forgot what it's like to live in civilization." Daryl stated. "I'm not afraid to live civilized Daryl, and I'm not afraid of them thinking I'm a monster. It's just..." I trailed off, not wanting to continue, I stared at the rabbit in my lap. "It's just what?" Daryl asked lifting my chin so my eyes met his. I stayed silent. I couldn't tell him. I couldn't tell them. I couldn't bring myself to do it. Just then I felt something on my lips. Daryl was kissing me. As soon as I realized what happened, Daryl pulled away. His
blue-green eyes stared into my (e/c) ones. It felt like he was staring deep into my soul, trying to read my mind. In his eyes I could see so many emotions swirling around. I was drowning in his eyes. I pulled my gaze away from him and looked away. I just ate rabbit raw and he kissed me. I looked back to him and I could see hurt in his eyes. He thinks I rejected him. I kissed his cheek. "Let's get back to the group." I whispered in his ear. Once we got back the group was gathering their things. It was sunset. "What's going on?" I asked. "Rick want to check out Alexandria before he decides." Maggie exclaimed. I froze in place. I couldn't move. I refused to go with them. They kept begging. Rick finally came out. "What's going on here?" He asked, I mean when doesn't he? "(Y/n) is refusing to come with us." Glenn explained. "We don't have time for this. (Y/n) get in the truck." Rick ordered. I looked straight into his eyes. "No." I said. "We don't have time for this, I'm only going to check it out." Rick stated. "Once you step foot in Alexandria you are gonna want to live there." I said. "Just get in the truck." Rick said.
"Fuck You Rick! You can't make me come fucking with you! I am never going near that fucking place!" I yelled.
