You Again, Mate?!

Breaking a promise

Right after she passed out both her parents snapped their eyes open and they looked at each other. Without saying anything they knew something was wrong with Summer since their child's bond were getting weaker and weaker.

While rushing towards her room, Alpha Wind hurriedly command their pack doctor to rush to Summer's room with equipments at once. Since Summer always had a weak body, her room is allocated near the pack hospital so that if there are any emergencies like this the doctor can reach her swiftly.

Once they reached her room, Summer's mother was already sobbing up and Alpha Wind could only hug his wife hushing her while looking at her daughter being saved by the doctors currently.

Their pack doctor then walked out of the room informing them that Summer will have to be transferred from her room to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for further examination although she is no longer in critical danger but ICU was still needed as they could not predict when it is going to attack again.

The doctor then continued saying that they have no idea when she is going to wake up hence she is currently in a coma that they have no idea what triggered the sudden attack.

The moment Winter reached her room she heard all those and already broke down crying in the arms of her mate. Seeing so both the men gave each other an acknowledgement nod while the girls were sobbing their eyes off.

Suddenly someone whispered something to Alpha Wind and his eyes widened and his pupils shrunk but after so he sighed and nodded his head.

Soon after, Danson reached the room where everyone was gathered at and started questioning the doctor intensely while Alpha Wind could only let Danson go half berserk as he knew how Danson care for Summer.

He then nodded and he immediately mind linked his closest aid and said "get me the best doctor you know, now!"

Finally Summer's mother and sister calmed down after awhile being soothed by their mates they did not feel like speaking while looking down and towards Summer's room. Although they stopped sobbing they still could not stop their tears from falling.

Danson then told them that he had already have someone going on a search for doctors that could help saving Summer although Danson could not help but wanting to question Alpha Wind about Summer's condition.

They all finally dispersed and after tucking in his wife Alpha Wind went into his office while Danson sat there patiently waiting for him.

He sighed the moment he opened the door and the moment he sat down he started explaining to Danson why her disease would relapse although he told everyone that she is thoroughly recovered.

He could not help but lament seeing the desperation for explanation from Danson eyes and could no longer keep the promise that he made with her daughter.

Yes, he lied to everyone at the request of Summer because she did not one people to worry about her condition and would like to be treated by everyone as Summer herself and not a sick wolf that everyone have to take precaution of.

He then told Danson that he did not stop searching for the doctor that could save his daughter but he then continued with although I managed to find that doctor, he did not want to come as well as this doctor is very peculiar and is very hard to invite.
