After the two brothers freed their mother Sonic freed Knuckles and in tears of joy he hugged his boyfriend and said, oh Knuckles...are you okay? Knuckles said, *sighs* I am now that your here sweetheart. Sonic cried softly as Knuckles comforts him and whispers, there there baby...it's okay...everything's okay Sonic. Knuckles then looks at Sonic who had tears in his eyes as Knuckles wipes them off. Knuckles whispered, you see...you can face your fears Sonic....how do you feel? Sonic whispered, *sniff*...I feel...*sniff* I feel great...thank you... both hugged each other as Sonic can feel his heart beating. Then they broke the hug as they blushed. Then Knuckles kissed his forehead as he said, oh and thanks for saving me Sonic. Sonic blushed and said, oh...it was nothing... Knuckles stands up and said, well I gotta go I'll see you then... Knuckles walks off as Sonic said, okay...see ya later. Sonic watched as Knuckles walked off. Then Sonic runs regularly and said happily, Mom....*hugs her* are you okay? Aleena said, I'm fine sweetheart...are you? Sonic replied, I'm okay... Manic said, ya know little bro...you should be proud you and Seelkadoom stood up to Scourge...you happy you finally faced your real fear? Sonic smiled and nodded. Then realizes something. Sonic asked as he looks around, hey where is Seelkadoom anyway? The three looked around as Manic said, probably getting some air...I'll go check. Manic walks off as Aleena chuckled and Sonic smiled. Aleena said, oh my it's already that late?...we should head home...Sonic would you be a dear and get your brothers? Sonic nodded and said, yes mother.. Sonic then walks out and thought, wow...I finally faced Scourge for the very first time....I did it... Sonic looks up with a proud smile.
