I'm 20 weeks already and my bump shows now but it's not a big bump yet. I was getting ready for my doctors appointment with Neymar. He's so excited because today we are finding out the sex of the baby.
"I think it's a girl." He said confidently
"Well I think it's a boy." I said slipping on my shirt.
"Are you sure because I would want a girl so I can protect her and scare off all her boyfriends." Neymar said wrapping his arms around my belly
"No matter what this baby is boy or girl I'm just happy that you're going to be their father." I said turning around and wrapping my arms around his neck
He leaned down and kissed me.
"And I'm happy that you're going to be their mother." he said to me
"Come on we should now." I said unwrapping my arms from his neck and heading downstairs to his car
~Doctor's Appointment~
I was lying down on the bed as Dr. Marti lifted up my shirt.
"Okay the gel is cold." Dr. Marti said
"Okay." I said as I held Neymar's hand
She was right it was cold and it made me shiver.
"Okay let's see this baby." Dr. Marti said
We looked at the screen and the baby appeared.
"The baby looks to be perfectly healthy and has a strong heart beat." Dr. Marti said
I looked towards Neymar and saw he had tears in his eyes. He looked down at me and kissed me.
"That's our baby." He told me and I smiled
"Okay are you guys ready to know the sex?" Dr. Marti asked
"Yes." Neymar and I said in unison
"Okay let's see." Dr.Marti said moving the thingy around
"It's a.... boy. Congratulations" Dr. Marti said
"Told you it was a boy." I teased Neymar
"Mothers are always right." Dr. Marti added
I laughed and Neymar just rolled his eyes.
"Okay I'll print out some pictures for you guys, but first let's get you cleaned up." Dr. Marti said
She cleaned me up and left the room to get the pictures. She came back a few minutes later.
"Okay here are the pictures. I want you to come back in 2 months for another check up and if everything is fine your due date is around the end of July when you're nine months." Dr. Marti explained
"It could be earlier than that right and it normal?" I asked
"Yes you have nothing to worry about." Dr. Marti said
"Thank you again and we'll see you in 2 months." Neymar said as we got up and left
"Take care." Dr. Marti said
"You too." I said
We headed to the car and drove to my house where everyone was waiting for the news.
~Home~
We entered the house to see everyone in the living room playing games.
"We're home!" I said as we walked to the living room
