a/n: everyone's coming for billy in this chapter LMAOO. i feel like i've been letting billy get too much nice treatment so heres a change in pace. also i feel like u guys are confused on why everyone's friends with billy?? i'm making this in like 3-4 years later than anne with an e is supposed to be set. they're more older and mature and i believe billy will grow out of his stupid asshole attitude. so keep that in mind!
