Chester watched as Sara slept beside him peacefully. He felt his heart swell with joy at the fact that they both had realized the feelings they had developed for each other and decided to act upon. It had been a couple days since they had that talk and their first kiss and he still could feel his cheeks warm at the thought. He was broken from his thoughts when he heard Sara stir and mumble in her sleep. She had decided to stay out with him on tour for a couple of weeks since they wanted to give their relationship a fair go. He was glad because he had the overwhelming feeling of not wanting to be alone.
"Ches?" Sara said, groggy from her nap. He smiled down at her, "Hey you. Feel better?" Sara brought herself up into a sitting position, leaning against the headboard while pulling her hair into a ponytail. "Yeah, thanks for that. Sorry to eat into your day off like that. This time change has me a little messed up. I don't know how you guys do it." She chuckled lightly as she watched Chester check his phone. He looked back at her with the same goofy smile he had plastered on his face for the last couple days now.
"Don't worry about it. You were only out for an hour anyways. I was texting Mike song ideas and lyrics. I swear Sara, you've opened up my mind so much. I can't remember the last time I was this inspired." Chester moved so he could sit next to her and wrapped his arm around her. She laid her head on his shoulder and she felt him sigh. How could this be so perfect in just two days? "I'm glad to hear that, Ches. I can honestly say I never thought I would be a muse, let alone yours." Sara replied, chuckling. Chester laughed along with her and slid down the bed taking Sara with him. They ended up wrapped up in each other just smiling.
"My muse...I like the sound of that. My sweet muse..." Chester said, softly, as he kissed her nose. Sara smiled, "I do too."
