I look at Michael and I think to myself . I already went late to class , and I'm already skipping to Walmart . Oh god ... Walmart ?

" Where are we going anyway , " I ask to wonder what he going to say . He turns on the car and we get out of the parking lot , He looks at me with smile and tells me ,

" what if I told you , that we going to meet up somewhere your bestfriend is at ? " Yup I knew it walmart ,

" Let me guess , with John and some of your friends ,"

" yeah first we going to walmart and then we are going to some guy name Calum house , you don't know him , John and I met him this summer , he cool . "

" ohh that's nice , does he goes to our school ? , " I ask

" Uh yea , he's a senior like us , hold on John calling me , " As Michael answers the phone , I look at the window and I call Gladys to ask her where is she , obviously she wouldn't pick up , I ask myself why does she even have a phone if she doesn't even pick up nobody , Micheal stops the car and says on the phone ,

" Calm down , okay yea fine I meet you there , " as Micheal hangs ups his the phone , he looks at me with a worried face ,

" I think Gladys got caught or , something , they cant find her , and John is worried , he said to call her or text her or something he worried sick , " Shit i knew some shit like this will happen . i nodded at Micheal , and i try calling Gladys non-stop ,

But I know Gladys , she smart at theses things , she would never get caught .

" Where are we going to met them at ? "

" ah we still meeting them at walmart , John is worried sick , but it's odd , Gladys wouldn't get caught she too smart to caught . " like I said , there no way she got caught , it's makes me more worried because now something worst could have happen .

We make it to Walmart , and we start running in , as we walk in we start looking for John , and there no sign , but Michael notices someone .

" Ah come , I think I found Calum , hurry , " we both start running to Calum . He was wearing skinny jeans with a Captin American shirt with black vans . As I was looking at him , I noticed he has tattoos on his arms . Woah he really cute . He tells Michael

" Hey man , ay we can't find Gladys , she was with John for a second , and then she went missing . I told him to calm down but he just worried that something bad to happen to her , I mean for god sakes she can be at the makeup part , or something , " as he says calm ,

As Calum was talking , I was realizing that this happen with me with Gladys , last year . she went missing and I remember that I found her at the bathroom , crying . That's the day she found out that her parents split up and her dad move out . So I left the guys and went running to the bathroom . I could hear Michael saying " Cassie where are you going " I ran to the bathroom , I start realizing that I see some owls earrings on the floor . Yup it's Gladys . I look into the bathroom stalls and I don't see her . I look over the bathroom I see no sign of her beside the owl earrings .

I walk outside of the bathroom and I see the boys standing there .

" Was she there !? " they both ask at the same time .

" Yup , she was " I show them the earrings .

" Where can she be !? Why would she do something like this guys ? " Calum says very worried , I guess he knows her really well .

" Wait how you know she was there Cassi , ? " Michael's tells me very suspicious .

" uhh.. "

" HEY GUYS HAVE YOU GUYS SEEN ANY SIGNS OF GLADYS !? I look all over the god damn place ! I'm getting very worried . " John says , John looks very tired and about to cry , as I look at the earrings , I was thinking to myself what would Gladys do . I remember that she told me , that her dad and her used to go to all these football games and that very time she sees the packers sign , it will remain her of her dad . And it's football season .

" Hey guys , do you know where the section of the football stuff ? I think she might be there , " I ask in a rush .

" um I think I just passed it , come on let's go ! " John says as I kinda gave him a little relief . John looks at me and says

" HOW CAN I FORGET ! Her dad ! "

John says and runs faster to the section . Me and the boys were running behind John . As we made it to the place , we see Gladys sitting on the floor holding a sweater with the logo of the packers .

I walk behind Gladys and I hug her tight . When I pull back , she looks at me with look that no one deserves on there face . The face of pain and depression . If she only knew that my about my father this summer . I look at her and took away , the sweater from her hands and I told her ,

" Hey let's get out of here okay poor bear , I don't want to see you like this . "

She nods to me and John helps her up and she comes hugging to me . John looks at me with a smile . Gladys let's go and John grabs Gladys and hold her up in the air and tells her ,

" Please Gladys , don't do that again . Please I beg of you , okay baby , you know I love you so much . "

I look at Gladys and waiting for her to say I love you back but she stays silenced and hugs him tighter . I knew she wasn't going to say it . She scare of love deeply .

Michael and Calum looks at me and lift there eyebrows up , and laugh .

" Come on Romeo and Juliet , " as Michael tells Gladys and John . We all laughed together and we look at the time and it's already 11:08 . God it felt so fast . The boys told me to go with them while John and Gladys went to get us some food . The boys told me to help them find the some stuff . I don't know what stuff but all I know is that I'm going with them .

While me and the boys are walking through walmart and they stop when they saw plastic red cups and plastic bowls . I guess they are having a party .

" um yea we are having a party on Friday , and oh I'm sorry I didn't told you my name or introduce myself . I'm Calum and I imagine your Cassie , right ? " he tells me with a polite greeting . He glares at my eyes for a while and I look at Michael , and he puts he head down and stares at the floor with worry eyes . What's going on?

" Yeah I'm Cassie , and you guys are having party ? "

" Yeah at it's my party , we are having it at my house on Friday , you can come , I would love to see you , " for a second I'm thinking that Calum is up with something me .

" Uh sure I have nothing to do on Friday , Michael your going right ? " just to break the weirdness that's going on .

" Yup Cassi , I could pick you up if you want , ? " He asks me with a relief off his chest .

" Uh no I will be doing that job ,my little baby and I will be going together at the party , understood boys . " as Gladys interrupt the weirdness that is going on . Thanks God . Gladys is holding my favorite thing from McDonald's and the only thing I would eat from McDonald's , is a Mcflurry m&m's . I grab it from her hands and she laughs . God I love this girl . The boys look at me while I'm eating , and I starting to feel uncomfortable . Gladys pulls me aside and says

" Uh might want to tell me what's going on , I never seen Calum act so weird . "

" um i don't actually know Gladys . "

John tells us that the boys are going to pay already . Gladys and I go wait for them outside .

" Um sorry I made you guys worry , I just miss him a lot Cassi . " Gladys looks at me with a face that looks like she wants to cry again .

" yeah babes I have to tell you something , " I was actually going to tell her about my dad intill the boys came with the cart full of cups , drinks , chips and condoms ? Typical normal teen party .

" yea what is it ? " Gladys tells me with a worried face .

" nothing I tell you another time ."
